Corina is very, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. They have EXCELLENT CLONE STARTERS, and the best variety, from top shelf, down to budget, for people like me on unlimited income! they cater to veterans, senior citizens, and go out of their way to help you in anyway they can. Another thing that caught my eye, is they are upgrading, and adding on. the lounge is a good place to sit, and tell lies with your buddies !! they are going places. I wish them all the best. I have been shopping at 420 Grand Central for almost two years now. Everyone is friendly but not everyone that works there is knowledgeable of the products they are selling. I had to shop in the store last week instead of shopping on line first and then driving there to pick it up. I wanted a specific strain and the gal told me they didn't have it. I did notice that a lot of the strains are in the wrong cabinets. For instance, you have Pamelina in the sativa cabinet and it's a Indica Dominant strain at 60/40. They also have Pablo Escobar in the Sativa cabinet and it's a 50/50 Hybrid. So I think the strain I was looking for was probably in the wrong cabinet and I was told they didn't have any. I went home and went directly to their online menu and guess what...I found the strain I was looking for. Unfortunately, I had to go to work and didn't have time to go get it. I tried the next morning, but it wasn't on the menu. Two of the strains I ended up buying were in the wrong cabinets and I won't purchase those again. I will continue to shop there, but ONLY online. When I make my order online and they confirm it, then I know for sure the product I want is waiting for me. What I should have done though is ask the person to go in back and check, but I didn't and she didn't offer to go look either. She couldn't give any feedback of her own about the products, just what customers had told her. I think it would be helpful if the hired help had some knowledge about the strains.

My wife is critically ill. I have been driving these guys crazy running down the right strains for her multiple conditions. I go to only two weed stores and this is one of them. Super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, I absolutely love this place.

I have been a customer here since they opened. My wife is very ill and has very weird needs cannabis wise. Cassidy has taken extra time to run down the best product and application to help my girl. Quite literally the chillest but most dedicated spot in town. No corporate bs just good people sellin good weed. They always have a great attitude & a shared passion for what they do, which was especially shown today by one of their bud tenders named Isaiah. Man went out of his way multiple times to show me options based on what I wanted to buy, finally digging into the case to find the exact strain in a little 2 joint 2 gram care package. Always so grateful to come here & enjoy this level of service because tokers or chewers of any kind & of any high profile (even my experimental yet picky weed ocd self) find something every time.

They have a good selection of edibles. I like coming here to get prerolls here too. They always have waters and tea when you wait which is only occasionally. The staff are extremely freindly and knowledgable.
