Every single time I shop here, I am treated kindly and have received great, helpful, knowledgeable information. I am very loyal and have only shopped somewhere else if I was out of the area.

The "last chance" dispensary before you head out into the woods and lakes. Fan of this shop since its old location, and while the new location is smaller, the staff is just as knowledgeable and friendly! The owner is often in the shop and she is always happy and helpful too. Lots of selection/variety of products and great prices. Always a pleasant experience!

I’ve been coming to the mount lake dispensary since I became medical patient, 7 years ago. The selection is fantastic, ordering online to pickup is my 99.99% choice. So convenient and I appreciate they update their menus. Some are more friendly than others but it’s customer service, not everyone is amazing. Tip them well, they’ve been working hard. I always recommend them to everyone I know.

I have been loyally buying from Herbn Elements for 7 years because they have quality product, many natural and organic brands! They always staff kind and helpful budtenders, and always go above and beyond to give a wonderful customer service experience.

A gal with a similar name to me, maybe it was the same spelling or slightly different. was very helpful and knowledgeable. Often an organization succeeds based upon the performance, knowledge, effort, and wisdom of one or two key individuals. Without these key individual participants, the organization would likely and very simply drift into obscurity along with the hundreds of others. Matt Kovarsky overwhelmingly made Novel Tree the place of choice of hundreds of medical and recreational users in the greater Seattle area. We heard recently that Matt Kovarsky is no longer with Novel Tree as of November, 2023. While his defining contribution will and can never be fully undone, Novel Tree will never be even close to the same store that it was with his presence. Matt Kovarsky was THE SINGULAR REASON we chose Novel Tree for so very many years. Now that we hear that he is gone, we find it quite hard not to look for another dispensary. Matt Kovarsky, you will be sorely, sorely missed! Does anyone know where he has gone?

Secure & Clean! With a very knowledgeable staff and a secure, (literally) clean, and enjoyable atmosphere I will continue to make the drive from my home in Lynnwood. They have buds that are crystally frosty and just absolutely delicious! They also have a REALLY good selection of Dabs, Dab cartridges and Distilatte tankers! Being a girl who loves her dabs.... that may be my favorite part! I always find something fun in the edible department and I LOVE LOVE LOVE their daily deals!!!! Uncle Ike's has my heart!!!

this was the first dispensary i ever went to, their medical card services are excellent. i've gotten some really great recommendations from folks here! also super easy to get to from capitol hill and SLU/downtown

This is my favorite dispensary in Seattle! Great customer service, chill atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, and affordable prices. They offer weekly deal as well. Don’t let the small store front fool you, Ruckus is a gem!

I absolutely love this place. The people are really friendly and easy to talk with. One girl i keep running into often helps me get what i need and also recommend one of my new favorite strains.

The staff at Origins were incredibly friendly and inviting. I was helped right as I could walk in and was informed on all new products that were in. The manager, Jonny, was very educated on the items in the store. Ended up picking a cartridge and was told about a different one that would be about the same price and more of what I was looking for. I went to pay at the register and figured out I was a couple bucks short so I was going to walk to the ATM. The manager told me not to worry about it and sent me on my way. I was floored, they do it well at Origins and take care of their customers and it definitely showed here. Definitely gonna double dip on tip next time.

Love them! It’s women owned. From the bud tenders to the inventory managers everyone is a pure bliss. My fav go to spot and usually the only one I ever need to go.
