I will keep coming back for the deals! Nothing but compliments to all these guys and gals. There is so much product to choose from you would want to buy it all. Huge selection of EVERYTHING! It can be overwhelming but the staff is super knowledgeable about the product!

I’m just trying to update my review and I can’t edit my password, but I’m just going to add this. I did speak with the manager and he resolved all the problems. This store is really wonderful. I’m sorry I had to say what I had to say, but now I apologize and the manager made everything right and the store is wonderful. I highly recommend it.

The budtenders were knowledgeable and super friendly. They carry the premium brands I was looking for, and with their BOGO deals this is my favorite place in town for sure! I got a REALLY nice goodie bag for black friday and found some new edibles I will go back for tomorrow.

Everything about this dispensary is amazing. I went in and was immediately greeted by security and the employees. Upon entrance to the dispensary I noticed they have a big variety and selection of all products. Employees were very welcoming and answered everyone of my questions. I picked up a couple gummies based off employees recommendations and let me tell you I was not disappointed, those are now one of my favorite brands. I also picked up a couple prerolls because of the price. I was then introduced to the lounge, which is an awesome spot to hang out and consume, the vibes were great and so was the product. I definitely will he returning and also recommending them to everyone.

This place has saved me for my deep sleep needed at night. The ladies that work the counter are so incredibly knowledgeable about their products, it blew me away! I’ve been to about 10 different dispensaries around town and this one is, by far, the best I’ve been to. You have to check this place out. You won’t be disappointed!

This place has been undeniably the best. I drive approximately 40 - 50 miles just to come here. Their prices beat the ones in my local area, a large selection of products, and their staff are incredibly pleasant and helpful. They're non-judgmental and exceptionally accommodating. I stay in the lounge for up to hours at a time. The atmosphere is really chill and respectful. They also provide trays, lighters, grinders, ash trays, etc. in their lounge area so you can enjoy yourself. This is my home away from home. :)

I like OHR and feel its the best option in Veneta. The tenders are helpful and kind everytime I go in. This is my regular store when needed because the service as well as prices. The only time their recommendations are good is when I don't follow them. This store is my recommendation for Veneta.

Got delivery—I’m from out of state and they knew how to get to the hotel I was at. It said the estimate ETA was 2 hours but it came in around 30 minutes so I was pleasantly surprised!

I stopped by Dank Depot while I was in Cathedral City, and I’m really glad I did. The staff was friendly and made the whole experience smooth and relaxed. Their prices are super reasonable compared to other spots I’ve visited, and they had a solid variety to choose from. But what really stood out to me was the lounge. Hands down, the best one I’ve seen in Cathedral City — clean, chill vibes, and a great place to take your time. You can tell they put thought into the space. Definitely a go-to if you’re looking for a welcoming spot in the area.

AB is the best dispensary in the valley without a doubt. The owners/employees are definitely all about helping people with the wonders of MMJ. They are extremely compassionate, they have an amazing selection of tree, cartridges, tinctures, edibles, topicals, etc. The budtenders definitely know their stuff and the quality of their products is unsurpassed. Everyone in my family uses CBD and/or THC for a wide range of medical issues and none of us have ever been disappointed with their products. I won’t even consider going anywhere else.

This is absolutely the finest cannabis lounge in the Coachella valley. Everyone who works here from the armed guards and bud tenders to the buyer and owner understands customer service. The facility is nicely laid out and there is plenty of light and nice areas to settle into and chill out for a bit while enjoying their selection of products. However the absolute best thing about The Vault is the special event nights like the regular BINGO Wednesdays they have been doing since the fall of 2021. Fun and full of laughs and enjoyment. They have steadfastly remained open and staffed throughout the pandemic and are the single bright spot for my life over this extended pandemic. They are the BEST!

I recently visited Bulldog that truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The knowledgeable budtenders greeted me with a smile and immediately made me feel at ease. I was blown away by the quality of the products available at this dispensary. The selection was vast, and everything was clearly labeled and organized, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The budtenders were incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions and providing recommendations based on my needs and preferences. But what really stood out to me was the level of service provided by the staff. They were patient, understanding, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience. They took the time to explain the effects and benefits of each product and even helped me choose the best method of consumption. Overall, I cannot recommend this dispensary enough. The knowledgeable budtenders, quality of products, overall service, and welcoming atmosphere make this the perfect spot for anyone looking for a great cannabis experience. The best prices for great weed that I’ve ever seen. I’ve been to exactly ONE very slightly cheaper one (like, by a few dollars), but the weed wasn’t as good. Everywhere else in Florence is far more expensive for the same stuff. I’m one to think everything is expensive, so when I see something that’s comparatively inexpensive AND it’s good? That’s awesome. Plus, they’ll usually help you find more bang for your buck (there are deals all the time). The service is great. Everyone there is kind, asks how I am, remembers what type of thing I like (“Why aren’t you dabbing anymore?” “I think you’ll really like this flower.”), asks about my family, just, like... all things that make me feel like they’re your friends. I have severe social anxiety and it’s pretty much the only place where I can talk to people on my own, AND without feeling judged. I’ve been going here for over a year and a half, and everything’s been so great with them that the only time I buy from other places is when I’m in Eugene and it can’t wait. Overall, very impressed. Have always been impressed with them and will continue to go here for years to come.

Pound for pound the best customer experience in Florence. Knowledgeable staff with decades of experience. Comparable products and competitive pricing. Much better consistency across the board over competitors. Overall, it's not worth wasting time, energy, or resources going elsewhere. I've learned that the long time local business is family owned and operated and it really shows in the care and thoughtfulness they demonstrate with their customers especially with elderly people who have more specialized needs.
