I LOVE UGC!! All the bud tenders are friendly and knowledgable about their product. selection changes all the time which is great for variety. Not a big dispensary, but it's a really good one.

New Manager, Tyler, has really turned this place around. The products are TOP SHELF and there are Specials different days of the week. The staff, Tiffany, Brandon, Jada & Maeve give KNOCK YOUR SOCKS OFF SERVICE & are all highly knowledgeable. This is the BEST & ONLY PLACE to go in Roseburg because you get the highest quality medicine.

Although I have had a few issues with online ordering, I would highly recommend this dispensary over any other in the immediate area. They keep their menu updated and constantly resupply on decent, verified brands, are always extremely friendly and offer awesome discounts, and show that they truly care about their customers

I needed to return a malfunctioning cartridge, but I had already thrown the receipt away. They were able to look it up on the computer as I am a medical pt. They did this eagerly and as if I were their #1 patient customer of all time!

Never had a bad experience with this business! The staff is excellent, the selection is vast and always stocked. They’ve made some new additions to their team recently and everyone has been great! But to mention the old reliables, Joe is almost always my delivery driver and keeps great communication beforehand! I’ve had a couple issues with their card machine not liking my house, and I really appreciate the patience Joe has shown while I’m trying to figure it out. This is one of the newer shops in town, the only negative thing I’ll say is the parking can be a little funky, but the atmosphere, service, knowledge, and product makes a little parking issue meaningless. I love this shop the most in town.

This place is BRAND NEW! The location is super-convenient, with Wendy's, a convenience store and lots of other little businesses nearby. The staff is super chill, and the selection is always top-notch! Personally, I like flower. I like the whole ritual of it, doing it the "old fashioned" way, but I know there's a lot of people who are into waxes and edibles. I can't talk about any of that, but if you want amazing deals and terrific everyday prices, this is the place for you! Oh! Did I mention they're open TWENTY-FOUR HOURS??? Seriously. Check them out.
