Everytime I step into urban leaf, the place is always spotless and neat, well organized, and their employees are well educated and attractive human begins. I like coming to the Grover location. Always a pleasure coming in.

The people that work there, make you feel welcome. Answer all your questions.. just love it.. I have Severe Anxiety, The medication the doctor put me on. Messed me up. I wasn’t myself, so many side effects. So a friend told me about cookie, they helped me, I feel so so much. I’m off the medication the doctor put me on. I only go to cookie to get my medicine. It’s helps me more the. Any medication the doctor recommends.. cookies is the best..

I’ve been going to Canna Junction now for two years, I moved to Susanville in July of 2022 and the first time I went I actually walk there I lived on 4th street at the time ( just a few blocks from the now closed Rite-Aid. It was a long but productive walk, I walked over 10,000 steps that day. I’ve never been treated wrong in fact it’s just the opposite, I always have a smile on my face and a cheerful attitude, sure I’ve had times where they didn’t have any of my preference of choice, I’m a big fan of the ABX for my vape, I just get another brand instead because I don’t live on 4th street anymore and I don’t drive. My SIL takes me now and I get enough to last me a month. The staff has been nothing but kind, courteous, supportive, helpful, humble and honest people.

A big THANKS to Sundial Collective and all of the Nice, Caring, Attentive staff for helping big time with my pain. Not only having they been Amazing to me but their delivery service is outstanding for making me feel that I do matter! I enjoy this shop. Haven’t had a chance to try delivery, but all my experiences in the shop are great! I feel bad the other reviewer had a wrong item, but I really don’t think it’s that big of a deal, especially considering how reasonable the prices are and how awesome everyone is. Great shop if you haven’t visited this spot yet , add it to the top of your list of places to visit!

Unbelievable customer service, super friendly staff, great prices! Out of all the central coast dispensary’s I felt the most comfortable here! They treated me like a regular customer on my first visit! I’ll be sure to be back !
