Quick and friendly service, knowledgeable purveyor, new items arriving often, but staples remain the same. Also the consumer racial component (Shopping While Black) is completely absent. Anytime someone asks if I need assistance, I get the impression they truly want to help me meet my strain/product/strength needs.

Been coming here off and on since they opened. I kinda miss how they used to check your ID at the little box window, then open the door to let you in. It had a bit of a speakeasy feel to it, and I dug it. I hope they continue to stick around. The shop is small, but the product is always top shelf.

Customer service was top-tier and the quality of the product is great.

There’s a big variety of bud, really really nice employees. Gets a bit hectic in there when it’s particularly crowded but honestly you have to just wait maybe 1 minute or two to grab someone’s attention and when you do they’re the most helpful and welcoming people ever.

This dispensary is perfect!! The setup is so cute and easy to see. They also let you bring your dog with is the biggest plus ever and everyone is super nice!!

If you're looking for a shop that can fulfill most all your need??? Then you to make this place your primary shop. I've shopped from Medford to Portland and they compete with most of the large stores. They have a large selection of most anything you could want. Want pre-rolls??? This is the ONLY store that has packs of pre-rolls instead of individual joints. Great shop guys. I'll definitely be back.

Bud tenders are all knowledgeable and helpful. Owner knows his shit an is pretty cool to boot. They always have a good supply of any different kind you want. Ie: dabs, flower, edibles. Good prices good people. Go there!

I come by here a few times a week and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is amazing and the selection is great. Even when they are busy they are fully staffed and there is rarely a wait to check out. Every staff member that has helped me knew the product well and found me what I needed quickly. Today both William and Melina helped me and the product they helped me find was exactly what I needed. Melina has actually helped me several times and I'm always shocked by the great product she finds in my price range. This place is great for experienced smokers and first timers. It's a laid back and relaxed environment. I would refer any friend to this place.

I love this place. All the employees I've encountered since I started coming here over a year ago have been fantastic. They know their products well and show fantastic customer service. I really liked the presentation of the place it was overstimulated with items. The bud tender Chelsi was really helpful and knowledgeable of different strains. I tried one of their lemonade drinks and it was really good and effective which is supervising because edibles don’t usually have strong effects on me.

SDRC is patient friendly! As someone who suffers from a long list of mental and physical health issues, it's so important for me for a budtender to have a vast knowledge on the products and strains they sell. Customer service is always on point here. the staff never makes me feel like im just another dollar sign here. Went to sdrc last Christmas when I was in town and enjoyed it. March and Ash makes that place look like the Arizona shops I see normally. One of the best pot shops I have ever been to. 10/10 would recommend, super friendly and helpful concierges.
