HUGE PROPS TO THIS DISPENSARY! BIGGEST SHOUTOUT TO GIRLBOSS KAT. Had a mishap with a product, typically you would reach out to the brand and the brand will be happy to help and dispensaries do not really like to help. The experience I had today was the exact opposite!! The brand Turn was very stand offish not admitting or apologizing for manufacturer problems BUT the dispensary really stepped out and went above and beyond to help me get what I paid for. I really appreciate the connection with the community from the dispensary. Because of this really positive experience I will be back!!!! KAT IS GREAT!

It has all the charm of a mom-and-pop shop with the professionalism of a top-tier dispensary. The moment you walk in, you feel the warmth of a team that genuinely cares about your experience. The new product selection is incredible—thoughtfully curated and clearly chosen with customers in mind. Whether you’re a seasoned cannabis user or just exploring, the staff makes it easy to find what you need. I personally struggle with sleep, and Jocelyn took the time to listen and recommend products that actually worked for me. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and completely on point. If you haven’t stopped by yet, do yourself a favor and check it out. This location is all about quality, care, and community. I can’t recommend it enough—go see for yourself!

I rarely write reviews. I will this time only cuz I’m shocked how many negative comments are here and low ratings over petty things. This is literally the best weed shop I’ve ever been to, and I’ve shopped in three states for the entire decade or so it’s been legal. These folks communicate well, without talking out their a** like most of the budtenders I encounter elsewhere. If they don’t know the answer to a question, they admit that. They don’t just tell you a bunch of buzz words to dazzle you into a sale. On the other hand, they patiently teach me all sorts of stuff about terpenes, delivery mechanisms, etc. any time they aren’t too busy. For the first time in my life, I’m able to walk away with actual medicine, not just a bunch of pretty stuff that smells good. I’m able to get real relief without as many unwanted side effects. You might pay less other places, but you will get what you pay for in terms of both quality of product and quality of personal interaction. Also, while I don’t love the local charity they choose to rally behind, I DO love that they try and give back to the community in that way. I especially appreciate that I can be trans, disabled, and autistic and still be treated with complete respect and kindness there :)

I really like the staff here. Good herb and nice layout. Great location too right off the parkway on the south end and lots of parking. The young guy from WA was super nice and helpful.

The people who work at T3 are top notch. I do occasionally shop at other dispensaries but this one is my favorite because of the service and knowledgeable staff.

Tokyo Starfish is hands down my favorite shop in Bend! The prices are great, the budtenders are all extremely helpful and some of the best bud I have ever had.

Super cute place to chill and smoke. Food is ok, they were out of half the beverages on a Saturday afternoon. But overall great experience!

Stop reading reviews and just go see for yourself. Mystic moss is hands down the best you'll ever find. He doesn't sell anything but quality, for a better price than anyone. Trust me. Stop wasting more time and go see for yourself!

I was recently told about Cloud 9 from a friend, so I decided to try it myself. I am so glad I did, I firmly believe it is the best dispensary in town. Not only in it's product (which is top notch) but staff as well. Let's face it, if the staff are shitty then who's going to buy from you. I am more than happy with my choices, the staff were very knowledgable and helpful. Especially for Taylor and Charity! Those girls know their stuff. Go to Cloud 9, you will not be disappointed I assure you!!

I love the quaint top of the mountain location. I went originally for their Vet CBD,for my little Boston Terrier. I have tried many great edibles, & they keep their H&H well stocked. I have also witnessed their impeccable product quality. They will Not sell inferior products. As a local I feel lucky to have found this little gem.
