Stopped in here on our way back home to PDX…. Feliz was amazing, we were greeted at the door and welcomed in. The selection of this cannabis is all top shelf. A little pricy but that’s what you pay for good weed anyone who is a real smoker knows that. Feliz was very knowledgeable and kind, we had a great experience and will be coming again! I love coming into this store. Have been in there many times. Never felt unwelcome or rushed. The people working here are genuine and friendly. I feel like anyone who has left a negative review needs to reevaluate their own life and the scale on which they judge others. I'm so thankful I don't have to be in customer service and deal with the people who look for any and every reason to complain. I have been shopping at 420 Grand Central for almost two years now. Everyone is friendly but not everyone that works there is knowledgeable of the products they are selling. I had to shop in the store last week instead of shopping on line first and then driving there to pick it up. I wanted a specific strain and the gal told me they didn't have it. I did notice that a lot of the strains are in the wrong cabinets. For instance, you have Pamelina in the sativa cabinet and it's a Indica Dominant strain at 60/40. They also have Pablo Escobar in the Sativa cabinet and it's a 50/50 Hybrid. So I think the strain I was looking for was probably in the wrong cabinet and I was told they didn't have any. I went home and went directly to their online menu and guess what...I found the strain I was looking for. Unfortunately, I had to go to work and didn't have time to go get it. I tried the next morning, but it wasn't on the menu. Two of the strains I ended up buying were in the wrong cabinets and I won't purchase those again. I will continue to shop there, but ONLY online. When I make my order online and they confirm it, then I know for sure the product I want is waiting for me. What I should have done though is ask the person to go in back and check, but I didn't and she didn't offer to go look either. She couldn't give any feedback of her own about the products, just what customers had told her. I think it would be helpful if the hired help had some knowledge about the strains.
