Is this the complaint section? There are two pick up lanes for online orders and both of them were occupied by customers who want to talk forever and get walked through the menu. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to be finished with an order that they should already be finished with. Keep the online orders separated from these people who have questions. I order online because I’m in a hurry.

But the main thing about clould 9 is the people that work here they go above and beyond to help you and somehow make you fill like your family. This place is awesome! Been going about once a month since they opened and have not been disappointed. The budtenders are always kind and informational, and even if there’s a wait it’s never longer than 10 minutes to get in. Every single product I’ve purchased has been amazing.

I love this dispensary. Everyone is so friendly, and they are very knowledgeable about their products. Fair prices, and daily discount menu. For such a small town, they have a better selection than most of Tupelo. Anything you need specifically, they will always do their best to get for you. The Staff is very kind, professional, and knowledgable…especially helpful for a newcomer like me. Not to mention the best “impact” I’m seeking and which product personally works for me. Apothecas products are 3rd party tested, so I feel confident that they’re not only safe and pure, but consistent with intended use. My local store here in Kingsport, TN is always clean and athletically pleasing with their fantastic display of products. I’m so happy to have found them!

I have shopped here several times and I'm never disappointed. even when they've made a mistake they were quick to fix it! my favorite products tend to be from the 605 line, but they have a good selection typically all the time from local growers!

Best flower in the area. i loved that its grown 5 miles down the road in Dewey. Customer service is unbeatable. Friendly and professional and I love the one on one time they give each patient. The best dispensary around bar none.
