I've been there several times over the past 9 months. Great service, and welcoming environment. Mood Shine carries more Nez products and that will always keep me coming back.

I walked in and they were playing the best tunes. The first and only dispensary I want to go to. I want a zen leaf hoodie. Also, banana milkshake was SUCH A GOOD STRAIN. Please allow me to review it.

I’ve been there twice and both times everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They were patient with me and explained things to me if I had questions. Definitely my new favorite shop!

It was the first time in a dispensary where I encountered a very friendly clerk with abundant knowledge. Her name is Julissa. I had a lot of questions to figure out the strain and the dosage for my issues. She was great at picking the right one for me. It is farther away, but I will return here for my medical marijuana needs. Thank you, Julissa; you should get a raise!

The customer service is excellent. I’ve been to this dispensary several times. The selection of quarter and half ounce flower is good from craft to budget there’s something for everyone. Yesterday 5/13/26 Heather, Mason, and David went above and beyond with their customer service. I will return.

I’d like you to carry more products from Airo. You seem to always be running low or out of them. It would also be helpful if you could either have a Doctor on staff or a list of recommended physicians that medical marijuana patients could go to for renewing their IL Medical Marijuana cards with.

There are many offers available at the St Charles Zen Leaf. Medical Mondays is a great program. They even helped me with the process of obtaining a medical card. I visit the store weekly for medicinal cannabis. All staff is always friendly and helpful. Keep up the amazing service Raven!

This was my first visit so in addition to the already great prices, I got an additional discount for first time there so that was awesome. Plus I loved that the worker seemed very interested in customer's needs, and that the outside security offered me a free popsicle to deal with the excessive heat? Or maybe they always do that there? I don't know but I thought it was adorable and made a terrific first impression. I've already recommended this place to friends.

Loved it here! The staff were so kind and helpful, relaxed and welcoming. The girl who checks your IDs when you first walk in was cheerful and she brightened up my day. The whole place is beautiful on the inside and CLEAN! And as a woman sometimes I feel intimidated going into dispensaries but Aroma Hill it wasn’t intimidating at all!! The service was so fast too, they had my products ready to go in a minute. Definitely will be coming back here from now on!

Beautiful place and atmosphere, everything felt very professional. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. Since they had a 15% off sale going on, I was told my first-time 15% discount can be used any time I come by again. Will definitely go here more!

I've been to Rise numerous times and I am very impressed. The people working at Rise are extremely knowledgeable and for a "novice" like myself it is appreciated. Today I was helped by a gentleman named Samm. He was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE and directed me to the products that will help my sleeping condition. He gave me information regarding tolerance breaks (which I never heard of) as well as trying the products sublingually. I never even thought about doing this. Without his help I would have purchased the same product instead of expanding my horizons. Samm was extremely pleasant and courteous. I am definitely going back to RISE and I hope Samm is working when I am there. Rise is lucky to have an employee like Samm!

Been shopping here a few years, spent alot of money, accumulated reward points, many points. They decided to cancel program, gave short notice, then canceled it a week early without notice. Messaging is clear, we'll take advantage of our customers. Avoid this shop, there's many others.
