Triple chocolate cookie live rosin was great. Coming from VT where concentrates are capped at 60% it was nice to get some dank. Nice atmosphere and budtender was kind and I didn’t feel rushed.

Very clean and well run dispensary. Inventory is updated regularly on their website. Spacious parking lot. They couldnt have picked a better location. A walk away from Dorchester Brewing and the shopping plaza.

What I love about dispensaries is the customer care. The knowledge, openness, experience… I just love budtenders. I do have my favorite. Doobie delivery. I met Angie because I’m a disabled veteran. They don’t have that discount available so she added the percentage anyway with some computer voodoo. It is her passion… what can I say? She repent a great deal of time figuring it out. And when we spoke I detected her determination and compassion. Her voice is kind and lively. It’s like we have known each other since childhood. I kid you not. She had me laughing so much. She is so honest it’s delightful and I hung up feeling happy, like Angie.s voice. Thank you so much. And I call there first if I need information because Angie does her homework despite the 20 years of experience. Because she uses a personal approach. Not t blanket statements And, if she isn’t sure, She will make it her objective to find the exact correct answer. She also studied at Weedmaps which is live the Harvard Thank you again. I absolutely adore the staff at cana. They are so kind. I ordered a dozen pre-rolls and they sorted them by saliva and indica and had them banded separately, how incredible is that. They're all beyond kind and patient, even during recent tech upgrades and when they're wildly busy. The store is also always clean and smells nice.

Their flower is my new favorite, 10 out of 10! You gotta try their OMG Sherb. The staff is super helpful, and very knowledgeable on their strains. Give this dispensary a visit you won’t be disappointed!

Wasnt a huge fan before but this Melrose is my new go-to. They've stepped up their game recently because the old, dry buds are gone and the flower is DEFINITELY better than it used to be. Fantastic selection, super friendly staff, and have been happy with everything Ive picked up recently.

Can’t wait to get back there and get Triple Scoop. Perpetual hits another home run. Taste has a nice spike to it. The exhale sends you to pandora. Eastern Cannabis is a must or go out of you way to go there. I travel from Beverly. Have no problem dealing with traffic to go there. I pass 5 other dispensaries that are way closer. That’s saying something.

As a medical customer, I've been to many other dispensaries in a wide area, checking them out. Berkshire Roots is by far the best of all those I've been to. Great specials and benefits for people with a state Patient ID. Always a fast track line for medical people so you don't have to wait if it's busy. (Not sure what the other reviewers were doing, maybe they missed the Medical Aisle sign?) Will always be back again, won't bother with anywhere else. Always great selections at reasonable prices and often have good specials and discounts as well, and a good atmosphere. Always a very nice experience.

I bought the infused hot cocoa and after trying to follow the instructions on the bag for at least 10min. I got frustrated and cut it open and when I tried to transfer it to another container I managed to spill a good amount I couldn't save. When I reached out to BR I heard back within 24hrs and received a phone call soon after. Kathy from marketing not only gave me my money back, but she also threw in some merch!! I am so impressed with the speedy customer service!! Thank you for a very positive experience!!

Shana and Larry were fabulous I've only been twice but both times I had a great experience. Not only did they recommend some great sleep edibles but they answered all my questions and were so friendly. The place is clean and quiet also love that it's all displayed in glass cases so you can see what you're going to be purchasing.

I come here at least 2-3 times a week. I live right in Plaistow, NH, so it’s legit a 3-4 minute drive. There’s a few other dispensaries around the area and quite a few more if you just drive out a few miles further, but this is THE BEST DISPENSARY IN THE AREA. In my opinion anyway and I’m positive many more would agree. Actually I’m rather quite surprised to see only 1 review on Leafly about this place, but whatever. Great knowledgeable staff, sooooo many products to choose from so you will have quite the decision to make and if you don’t have a ton of money, they usually have gram for $10 or pre-rolls for $10 sometimes even $5 now. And lots of times have $30 8th’s and sometimes even cheaper. Can usually always find a good deal. So there’s something for everyone. They legit have more bud options than any dispensary that I’ve ever seen or been too, and that’s the 100% truth. I’m telling you, if you’re live in the area or are just passing through…..YOU HAVE TO STOP IN THIS PLACE!! You won’t regret it.

I live in Beverly and visited OWR today for the first time (found a specific Brand I was eager to try on Leafly). LOVED it! Order was processed quickly. Experience was smooth, efficient, staff was friendly. Will be back!

Best dispensary I’ve ever been to hands down. Sure, I’ve been to places with better bud selection available but their prices are UNMATCHED on almost all fronts excluding like concentrate. Also I’ve never felt so comfortable entering any place of business, every single staff member is so lovely to the point I just want to hang out and talk to them. They’re very knowledgeable on the product as well, you can ask these people anything. Do yourself a favor and visit Sanctuary on your next run because you will be anything but disappointed.
