The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I live 30 minutes away and drive by 2 other dispensaries on my way there, It's worth it for the deals and the friendly environment.

I am giving a shout out to the nicest young lady who was my cashier...her name is Haley. This was my first time at a dispensary and I was made to feel very comfortable. Everything was explained to me in detail. The "store" itself was very clean and the entire experience from beginning to end was very informative and pleasurable. I go to this dispensary on a regular basis...the vibe is always chill...the budtenders are all amazing and actually have knowledge on the inventory and knowledge in cannabis in general... I have been to dispensaries where the employees either don't smoke and can't give a good recommendation or don't have basic knowledge... These guys know their stuff... I've never had a bad recommendation from any of them... It's in a really convenient location... Hands down one of my absolute favorite places to go

Planet Nugg in Farmingdale gets five stars across the board. My first time as a customer yesterday, the parking lot had plenty of parking. The atmosphere /environment was very nice. The staff, and the budtenders were very pleasant to me , and they were a very helpful in suggesting a product. Their products are five stars. I will be a returning customer

The staff at Columbia Care are amazing! They’re knowledgeable and have online orders ready within minutes of placing it. They’re also always properly staffed so you’re rarely in there for longer than 10 mins. Only thing I wish is that they’d expand their edibles selection.

I’m a new customer and new to some of the dispensary procedures. I spoke with their Pharmacist who was so very knowledgeable and an overall polite person! I went inside after the phone call with the Pharmacist. Front door staff were also super polite including the security staff. My budtender was the best! She knew exactly what I needed and provided many options. She explained how everything worked include grinders, vapes, pens, etc. Prices were reasonable and I received a great discount due to being new and first responder. Some reviews had me seriously worried but after going there in person, hands down excellent place! Highly recommend!
