Triple M has an exceptional team I feel like family as I have been coming there for years Kimberly is such a welcoming smiling face every time I enjoy seeing her and she has given me recommendations which have been most helpful Dave is always exceptional and always is there to help Noah is also exceptional I have had the luxury of knowing him at another employer. Always welcoming caring smile I was so happy to see he became part of the triple m team. Absolutely Outstanding Store & Exceptional Manager! This store is truly top-notch. The selection is great and they only carry quality products. Selection is well organized, and also easy to browse. The whole place has a welcoming, relaxed vibe that makes you want to browse to see what else you might want. While we were there, one wall was being hand painted by an artist into a mural and it was finished when we returned the next day. Cool. I especially want to highlight Ryan, the manager I dealt with. He helped resolve a small billing issue and went above and beyond to make sure I left completely satisfied. This really made an impression. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care for customers are outstanding - and customer friendly store policies allowed him to take care of me. You don’t see service like this very often anymore, where the staff principals both care and are allowed to do their job to support customer satisfaction. Five stars all the way. I’ll absolutely be returning and recommending this store to everyone I know!

There was a very alluring young lady at the counter, BEWARE. She emits a glow as if she uses the finest of shea butters and smile is mesmerizing.

All staff are extremely great/helpful, the cannabist company definitely has aspects that could be criticized, but they do run food drives and support veterans. There has been a small revamp, but the quality and selection of products, as always, is very nice.
