This is my fave local dispensary. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, they go above and beyond to take care of their customers.

During my second-ever visit last week, I thought I'd lost a keepsake -- my dead dog's ashes in a spent .38 casing -- when I pulled cash out my pocket. Went back and the manager spent 10 minutes reviewing tape before saying it wasn't lost there (later found it beneath the car seat). I thought that was extraordinarily considerate of the guy, and he made a customer for life. Nothing to dislike about the products, place or people. Can't say the same about Beyond/Hello, sorry I ever stepped foot in such a sterile place, with all the charm of a WalMart and employees only slightly more engaging. Ascend is superior in every respect.

Staff are always AMAZING, products on point, and speed of service always flows smoothly! Love ‘em! *Kimber has a great personality and was fun to work with!

One of my favorite dispensaries; I visited FreedomRoad for the first time yesterday, and I will be a repeat customer. The customer service, friendliness, and helpfulness of AJ and Penny made the experience; they were super attentive and informative and helped me pick out the carts that best suited my need. The veteran discount is fantastic here and significantly appreciated.

Great service, and over the past months, the bud has grown in quality. A good spot to check out.

so far, the best price on Kaviar Kones in the state. as far as Trinidad, they have the best flower ( quality) that I have found . i’ve been to 9 places, 2 of them had prices, but the weed was painful to smoke. try this place 1st or 2nd when i’m town.

great Colorado experience from this OG Arizona medical patient. This place has a great selection and excepted outta state medical for even better deal. The bud tenders were both friendly and very helpful in my selections. So glad I came here only wish I bought more.

Went earlier today for the first time and picked up some ice cream cake that's fuego! The lady who was my budtender was very helpful and apologetic that they were out of some flowers. would definitely buy here again based on price and quality alone. My only downside is that the shared parking lot is rather small and limited but that's not really on the dispo.

The house brands are far superior to the big brand names and any other house brands/products. Even though I have a medical card, I get more benefit from the house brands, especially the Matter brand gummies (which is one of the house brands), than I do from the high dose medical grade products. PLUS, equally as iportant, if not more so, the shop in Trinidad has the best environment and best staff of any dispensary that I've ever been in. People like Ashley, Poe, Yvonne, Jen, Casey and all the rest of the crew should be the example that all budtenders and managers in all the LivWell shops and all dispensaries in general. The staff actually cares about people, and the folks I mentioned, ESPECIALY Ashley and Poe, have always made recommendations that turn out to be far better than what I had already decided what I'd get before heading to the store. It's always felt like my personal version of "Cheers" for as long as I've been a customer there, and always leave in a better mood than when I walked in, long before I get back home and use whatever I bought.

First time being in this dispensary and wow it definitely blew my expectations out of the water! BEAUTIFUL store with huge windows and natural light unlike any of the other dispensaries I’ve visited in the area. Staff had a great vibe and steered me to some new strains I hadn’t tried yet on the IL side. I will be back when I’m in the Edwardsville area 100%!

Honestly cant believe there aren't any reviews as of yet . So, let me be the first... Absolutely nothing that there is to D1SL1K3,, ; about any place people enjoying being in the business acquired into the dispensary industry..(distribution) other than .......Prices here .. and .....prices over there ..... ...from when "here" is compared to someone in a parking lot meet n greet... "wham- bam", thank you ma'am .."I'll hit you up when I need you again"..becomes the "over there option"... I certainly cannot; personally say, or even literally say that I'd feel the same; if it cost more money to avoid the following events from unfolding : just for the avoid the legality and public physical visual exchange of the paranoia quickly surrounding you...but only... when you," yourself" & your "pull up plug" and you part ways sending u into two separate ways...and the mic drops every moment that happens .. definitely an "Ice Cube " line from one of my all time faves "Friday" the original... the pause the look in the cabinet big worms head double take and trembling while pulling off realizing you are 3 miles until you reach freedom and the coast is clear... We had a 5/5 experience there. We were pleased with the service and quality. They were super nice, definitely our favorite by far in Hobbs. We highly recommend!

While on vacation to visit Carlsbad Caverns I went to a few different dispensaries in the area and this store hands down had the best presentation and selection available. The staff was friendly and informed, the prices were fair and I was very satisfied with my purchase.

I'm not big on dispensaries for multiple reasons, but I'm glad I took the time to venture in here and check them out. It's always refreshing to see good people running a good business. They've got a nice variety to choose from, with good prices as well. The CBD Topical 500 Cream and the Tincture are amazing to control my pain. I have 5 plates in my neck and back. The American Shaman products have given me a life with out high dose pain meds.
