I was looking for a CBD Lotion I was able to leave with one that was Canna- 1638mg cannabidiol! So far within 5 minutes of having it on, I quickly found relief. $30. Not bad for the price. Again you definitely get what you pay for. :D

I drop in often for small amounts of flower at a time-I like to try various strains and they are always nice even when I am only buying little bits, Love the plants that give you a pause before being ushered into the sensory experience of smells, products and helpful bud tenders. A fun experience always!

This is THE place. I found the good classic strains and the prices are FANTASTIC! This is quite a drive for me but well worth it. The people are great, the place is easy to find. I went here for the first time yesterday. I will be back...maybe tomorrow. (Afraid them having the good ones will not last?. or maybe a dream..) I am pleased with the people, service and the goods.

This is the only shop I’ll go to in Lebanon. I always ask for a recommendation of something on the gassier side, something fun and they’ve never let me down. Some shops will sell me the junk they’re trying to get rid of and you can really tell the difference after partaking if they did. Their prices are also another reason they’ll keep my business. When I first moved here I went to a couple other dispensaries around and was so disappointed for what I could walk away with for my $$$. Modern Day Forest for the win.

Valerie was our budtender and she navigates us through a lot of amazing high quality flower and extracts with ease! My bud tender was very knowledgeable. Large variety of cannabis and smoke shop products. The whole lay out of the shop is impressive. To top is all of the prices are kick ass. My new favorite spot! I love this place -- the people, the products, and the vibe. I'm an old vet and me and wife come here every few weeks to check out their flower specials, primarily. The space itself is big, wide-open, clean and chill, like being in big barn. The people are chill and knowledgeable and are happy to help, engaged, etc. I don't understand why there would be even one complaint -- this is a fantastic weed shop with a killer vibe and great folks. What more do you need?

Conveniently located on a corner, Singing Sands offers a parking lot in bustling Cannon Beach. anxiety girlies, you get it. the shop manager, Harmony, is incredibly educated, kind, and forthright - she made me feel like it wasn’t ‘just another sale’. Their prices are hard to beat, especially given the location. Keep this business open and get the good shit without breaking your bank!!
