Great experience everytime! Everyone there is very friendly and outgoing. They were very knowledgeable when I needed help going in for the first time. They are great with keeping stock of everything and if it's not there they always give the best options to replace. I had an issue with an online order through leafly and they made it right without me asking. Things happen, they get busy, we all know things get lost easy with electronics. But they still made sure to not let me walk out without being 100% happy. I will be a returning customer until forever.

Nice solid selection, I'm mostly after carts and the occasional edible - also have some specific preferences or curiosities due to unique health issues. As someone who is new to the legal market after years of not smoking, and who often has some challenging questions, I've found some budtenders here struggling to direct me at times. A lot of new faces with varying degrees of knowledge here.. though there are some extremely well informed tenders that I'm grateful to learn from as I shop.

I shop a lot of local shops. I’m so tired of going to dispos to just get all this commercial weed. It’s an empty high. I called cannabis experience and have never been disappointed. The other shops in Medford just don’t have the same quality. They give there opinion on the high vs the percentage . Thanks buddy you always come through

Whoa, this place is a gem! Stopped by on our way out to the lake and this stop made our day! Easy to find, awesome walkup window with an outdoor menu, but the lady was so nice we had to come inside and then WOW! Beautiful shop, super smart staff, and awesome flower selection. I recently moved back to Southern Oregon, and needed to find out where the best dispensary was. I checked out a few, I live in CP, but work in Ashland. I swung into The Spot, one day. Great weed af a very fair price, always have found 9.60 out the door grams that go for 12-14 other places in the valley. The employees are knowledgeable and put the weed in your face so u can get a good whiff of it.

The sign sold me, but what matters is inside. Super friendly, knowledgeable and hand curated with intention. I love that the staff can speak on new strains and LOCAL new stuff. They always have a thorough review and have not led me astray! For the person who said its unsafe, single woman here I always go before dark and I have never had a problem.

Close by employees are polite and helpful and even the cheapest bud is good quality.

Hearing this, I am definitely going to have to visit your shop. Everything she brings back from O.G.C. is absolutely fire from the flower to the concentrates. 2 things I look for in a dispensary: Knowlegaboe people and a welcoming atmosphere.
