This is a long overdo review! I am intrigued that when looking into Lighthouses reviews across the board, whether Google, weedmaps, leafly, etc they have remained consistent throughout on all platforms and have so since they first began, except for a few stragglers who I’m betting are either disgruntled fired employees wanting to get even or overly entitled customers, or probably even their competitors. My own experience with this dispensary for the last 9 years has been nothing but consistent in the quality of their flower, edibles and although they’ve had their ups and downs on occasion in keeping concentrates stocked, they are imo one of the most reliable, highest craft quality in all of Billings. Over the last 2 years since being untethered and now Rec, I’ve seen a loss in quality of flower which I assume has to do with those seeking to mass produce. But Not with Lighthouse. Their desire to place quality over quantity clearly shows in their products. Their flower is of the cleanest I have ever used!! My favorite right now is how they sell granola at a lower price for ppl like me who are on a tight budget.

I love the atmosphere. I like the professionalism and qualified staff. I find this place to be genuinely dedicated to their customers needs. Also, the atmosphere is super nice and clean but not too sterile. I battle cancer and I am prone to occasional brain fog which triggers frustration & yup, tears. I have to give a shout out to Cass working last Friday night. I swear her name tag said Cass sorry if I’m wrong. Can I just say that she was so dang amazing. She listened to me like I was the only one there, then she whips out perfect amount of compassion and then humor? Seriously, shows what real customer service is about. I went home grateful. Came here on a whim and glad I did. The staff was awesome and knowledgeable. A good environment and never felt rushed and everything they had was actually great quality. I will be changing my go to spot right here. 24 hours just sweetens the deal. Keep up the good work guys.

So far every visit to this location has been positive for me, I live a few blocks away so it's my go to but they always seem to have a wide variety of products and everyone there has been friendly and helpful

2nd time to 2nd St dispensary.... Once again a excellent experience. From the moment you walk in the reception is inviting... The sounds chill... And the atmosphere laid back. I didn't even know exactly what I wanted... Having just arrived from Florida.. although having access to cannabis... The variety.. the quality.. the incredible deals and the knowledgeable staff are by far the best ...I can honestly say... The products are exceptional. Thanks guys

I love wholesome and it's employees. I've only had one thing that got messed up and they corrected it immediately. I recently moved farther away and so I'm now use their delivery. I have never had a problem with any of my deliveries. I always try to make sure I at least have a good tip for the drivers. I've been going here since they open. I've looked at other places that are closer to me but I'm a loyal customer. Thank you

I stopped here on the way to visits the marsh for the first time It seems large when you enter and is a very nice atmosphere and has many options Everything was good and the service was friendly It’s a great stop if you are just passing through as a tourist or on your way to eureka or for a relaxing trip to the bay

I come in to buy my vapes. The staff are always honest when it comes to what a strain is like. And if they don’t know they are willing to find someone who does. They go above and beyond for their customers. Atm in the store is nice. Dogs are super cute and makes shopping for weed even better.
