I love the online ordering option. Always friendly vibes. When I first started smoking, they helped me find great strains for exactly the type of high I was looking for. I have been a customer here for a few months now and I have just got to say that Budtender Maggie is absolutely amazing. She is always very interactive with her customers, knows what to recommend and even recommends things that follow with what I am trying out and like the effects of. She is such an awesome lady and I hope she is there to stay for good. I don't typically like going in unless she is working because she just knows me and what I smoke and is always giving me ideas for awesome new weed to try. Chris is also a very nice guy. Doesn't seem to recommend a whole lot of different strains, but I don't think he smokes a wide variety either. Which is cool because not everyone wants to smoke the alphabet and some of our number system. ;) If you are ever in the area and need to make a pit stop for some green, this isn't a bad spot to do it. The only negative thing that I have to say about this place is that it is small and doesn't have a huge variety, but for how small it is, the variety is pretty generous in my opinion.

Just a COMFORTABLE place full of really GREAT people. Not to mention the service and selection of Herb is TOP SHELF!

All of the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the products. The budtenders are more than happy to share their experiences and mini reviews of taste with different strains and are prepared to make recommendations on the spot. They are always getting new inventory and also the returning favorites, and running out of weed is almost something to look forward to so I can return and experience their customer service again.

I go once a week and have been for more than a year. I’ve met nearly all of the staff. They really make en effort to understand what you are looking for. They really nerd out on cannabis if you let them! I’ve learned so much from them and it only has resulted in awesome highs. They never push a product. I never feel I’m being “sold to”. Last point: I drive from Stanwood 30 min away just for the strains/peeps.

I found my spouses favorite strain here (Point Break) in a jar of pre-rolls from Phat Panda. A little pricey, but it was an entire oz which was phenomenal

Sadly, I am abandoning Floyd's. I have been a happy customer for years. I preorder and have not had any troubles until recently. When I go in I am told that what I've ordered is 'out of stock' and then a substitute is promptly suggested. This has happened to me during the last four times I've ordered my preferred bud. And in the years prior it didn't happen once. I see a pattern here and I'm certain I'm not the only one who is experiencing this.

This is THE place. I found the good classic strains and the prices are FANTASTIC! This is quite a drive for me but well worth it. The people are great, the place is easy to find. I went here for the first time yesterday. I will be back...maybe tomorrow. (Afraid them having the good ones will not last?. or maybe a dream..) I am pleased with the people, service and the goods.

Love these guys! I always get great service from friendly staff. I wish the selection could be better, but it's an isolated location with a small local population, so I suppose it wouldn't make much sense to stock it the same way you would a shop on the mainland.

FIRST off, it always smells so good when you walk through the door. It’s a cute, friendly location that’s in between two amazing local restaurants! It may be small, but it’s filled with some of the best vendors. It’s a great dispensary for our small bowl-like town.
