Excellent pot shop! It was my second visit to the place but the first time that I ended up making a purchase there. The budtender that helped us, David I think his name was, was most genial, enthusiastic and helpful, and took great care to explain the whys and wherefores of what to look for in a cannabis product that’s right for the experience you want to achieve, and then recommended a specific product based on my needs. Not surprisingly, I was extremely satisfied with my purchase! You can’t go wrong with this place, Ballardians.

I have been shopping at 420 Grand Central for almost two years now. Everyone is friendly but not everyone that works there is knowledgeable of the products they are selling. I had to shop in the store last week instead of shopping on line first and then driving there to pick it up. I wanted a specific strain and the gal told me they didn't have it. I did notice that a lot of the strains are in the wrong cabinets. For instance, you have Pamelina in the sativa cabinet and it's a Indica Dominant strain at 60/40. They also have Pablo Escobar in the Sativa cabinet and it's a 50/50 Hybrid. So I think the strain I was looking for was probably in the wrong cabinet and I was told they didn't have any. I went home and went directly to their online menu and guess what...I found the strain I was looking for. Unfortunately, I had to go to work and didn't have time to go get it. I tried the next morning, but it wasn't on the menu. Two of the strains I ended up buying were in the wrong cabinets and I won't purchase those again. I will continue to shop there, but ONLY online. When I make my order online and they confirm it, then I know for sure the product I want is waiting for me. What I should have done though is ask the person to go in back and check, but I didn't and she didn't offer to go look either. She couldn't give any feedback of her own about the products, just what customers had told her. I think it would be helpful if the hired help had some knowledge about the strains.

Herb's House is my favorite dispensary in Seattle. Friendly and knowledgeable budtenders, products I love, and they fulfill their online orders quickly, but I still feel like I can ask for additional items without being rushed out the door.

I love going to American Mary. Joe is my favorite bud tender there because he’s well versed and educated on the products and always has a smile on his face. The reward program is definitely worth signing up for to get deals on their products!

What a great shop. Everyone is super nice, Mike is awesome. They all are. They have great prices products and sales. The reward program is also very good. Today I spent 200 and everything I’ve tried is really good. I can’t say enough good things about this dispensary. The staff is the best part.

I Just recently moved to the area and have been looking for a dispensary to shop at, Last week I visited my Millers for my first time and have been back several time since..Everytime Ive been greeted at the door with knowledgeable & Friendly staff. I was surprised with the quality product and economical pricing, the budtenders answered all of the questions I had and asked all of the right questions to make sure I was getting a product I would be happy with, and Im very pleased with what Ive got for the amount of money spent, I definitely will be back. Millers has something for every budget, a great selection, and The best budtenders around!!!!!

Christine is absolutely the BEST! She is very knowledgeable about the products and listens to your needs. I really appreciated her bringing a ton of stuff out for me to look at. Green Theory has always been friendly and knowledgeable. Never had a bad experience here.

This is my go to place!!! The staff are incredibly helpful and kind and give me recommendations that I love *almost* every time. When I went in to buy my first piece of glass, the budtender pulled out ALL of the pipes for me to look at and decide what I liked best. They always make me feel comfortable. The products they have displayed and the ATM are mostly away from the counter which makes it more comfortable to look without feeling as though you're holding anyone up. Although they don't have a lot for stuff displayed so definitely chat with the budtender about what you want if you're unsure. Even though this place is no longer on any of my usual routes and hasn't been for months, I still go out of my way to come here. The experience at this place is reliably enjoyable! The only fault is the location of this shop. If you are not familiar with this area it can be difficult to get in/out while driving. The way Aurora works can be hard to navigate and stressful until you get the hang of it.

I love , love, love this place. Visiting from Arizona, and staying with non smokers, I'm very limited on what I can smoke while in Wa. The staff patiently listened to my likes and preferences and my visiting situation, and they got me exactly what I needed. Thanks Chase, you were freaking awesome Budtenders, hats off to evergreen for having such a knowledgeable, and customer service perfectionist employee. Can't wait to visit kirkland again and if course my Very Favorite dispensary.

Thank you Higher Leaf for your kindness I was prescribed Marijuana by my doctor because of a catastrophic ear injury. Marijuana helps me deal with my heinous symptoms. The staff at Higher Leaf have gone above and beyond in helping me get my medicine. I order on line, and call from Higher Leafs parking lot to let them know I arrived. They turn off the music before I enter, and a budtender makes sure the door to the store doesn't slam as customers are coming and going. Often an organization succeeds based upon the performance, knowledge, effort, and wisdom of one or two key individuals. Without these key individual participants, the organization would likely and very simply drift into obscurity along with the hundreds of others. Matt Kovarsky overwhelmingly made Novel Tree the place of choice of hundreds of medical and recreational users in the greater Seattle area. We heard recently that Matt Kovarsky is no longer with Novel Tree as of November, 2023. While his defining contribution will and can never be fully undone, Novel Tree will never be even close to the same store that it was with his presence. Matt Kovarsky was THE SINGULAR REASON we chose Novel Tree for so very many years. Now that we hear that he is gone, we find it quite hard not to look for another dispensary. Matt Kovarsky, you will be sorely, sorely missed! Does anyone know where he has gone?

Wonderful shop. Store is nice and clean, customer service is amazing, and super friendly, and the Lake City Way location is easy to find, and open late. Wonderful place to shop.
