First time going into the Regatta store I was greeted by Mr. Dabs the service I got from him was i got from friendly and informative. because of that service that I received I will NOT go to any other store store Thank You Mr. Dabs

Love this place the customer service was a 10 with a gentleman named Ben. He was very helpful and educated me on products -when I'm back in the area I will definitely visit Ben.

This place is always welcoming, clean, offers amazing deals and daily freebies. That reward program is no joke, highly recommend. The budtenders are always lightening up the place with great attitudes. I am a regular and I love getting to visit. Always worth the drive. Be safe. Be well. Love you people.

I love this place. I live downtown and make the drive out here. The staff is wonderful and you can’t beat the flower prices.

This dispensary has changed a lot since 2017 when I first moved here and have quickly obtained my loyalty by providing quality flower for my specific needs at the best price. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly, if I was better with names I'd shout em out for their fast service and good communication. Thanks y'all!

I shop here on a regular and always find it to be welcoming, up beat, very informative staff, and never waited longer then 5 mins before being helped. The products are always good quality and for a good price. My only wish is that all dispensaries (not just OG) would label the carts with flavor additives more.

The bud tenders are always so friendly and knowledgeable. I love that they have all the specs on display, helps with making an informed decision without having to ask a ton of questions. 10/10 reccomend. Also love the entryway, so calming and tropical!

Chianna was very helpful in her suggestions of items. She had a cheerful personality and made me feel welcome. Love the hoodies. Very good selection of weed.

I saw a guy on here say "They sell Shake" and yes they do, if you want shake. They also sell buds and dab and edibles etc.... I shop here a lot and the staff are always helpful, they sell me what I want, and I can pop in and out quickly. I have been to a lot worse dispensaries and few better. Cheers!

This is the only shop I’ll go to in Lebanon. I always ask for a recommendation of something on the gassier side, something fun and they’ve never let me down. Some shops will sell me the junk they’re trying to get rid of and you can really tell the difference after partaking if they did. Their prices are also another reason they’ll keep my business. When I first moved here I went to a couple other dispensaries around and was so disappointed for what I could walk away with for my $$$. Modern Day Forest for the win.

My 1st visit to this dispensary, and it was a very pleasant experience! And I made several purchases to try their products. After getting home, I tested what I’d purchased and ‘Happily surprised’. I’ll be returning for sure!

Amazing I have never had a bad experience in any dispensary They are generally pretty pleasant places to visit But I have aleays shook my head at the prices ugh Not here tho Outstanding and very aggressive at finding discounts ( I am a Vet and an old man) Do yourself a favor and stop by Plus very friendly hours of operation My only stop going forward from here ! Excellent customer service, understanding of cannabinoid effects, understanding of their product, and beyond-excellent flower. I purchased an ounce of Trainwreck. It was middle-shelf flower, but it smokes like top-shelf to me. Better than stuff 1.5 times the price at other places. It seems purged and cured correctly, because it's smooth, no acid flavor, and the effects are great for my anxiety and nausea. I'm definitely coming back any time I run out, even though I live farther away than most places. You now have a lifelong customer. The ounces were even sealed with a temporary moisture control packets which most places don't use. They take care of their product. Thank you!

She's amazing The one that works for the 5:00 shift I don't know the time I go in everyday so she's really sweet and really friendly and she's getting to know me so she knows you know when I'm coming when I want him and she doesn't have it she knows what to substitute it with

The best prices for great weed that I’ve ever seen. I’ve been to exactly ONE very slightly cheaper one (like, by a few dollars), but the weed wasn’t as good. Everywhere else in Florence is far more expensive for the same stuff. I’m one to think everything is expensive, so when I see something that’s comparatively inexpensive AND it’s good? That’s awesome. Plus, they’ll usually help you find more bang for your buck (there are deals all the time). The service is great. Everyone there is kind, asks how I am, remembers what type of thing I like (“Why aren’t you dabbing anymore?” “I think you’ll really like this flower.”), asks about my family, just, like... all things that make me feel like they’re your friends. I have severe social anxiety and it’s pretty much the only place where I can talk to people on my own, AND without feeling judged. I’ve been going here for over a year and a half, and everything’s been so great with them that the only time I buy from other places is when I’m in Eugene and it can’t wait. Overall, very impressed. Have always been impressed with them and will continue to go here for years to come.

picked up 2 oz of some flower for me and the guys at work, great deal great flower, even better experience and service provided by Ramon, easily one of the most knowledgeable and helpful bud tenders i’ve came across between WA and OR, first time in so i used my loyalty signup got great savings, i will be returning next time, thank you Ramon!

This is one of the newer shops in town, the only negative thing I’ll say is the parking can be a little funky, but the atmosphere, service, knowledge, and product makes a little parking issue meaningless. I love this shop the most in town.
