I visited this place for the first time just a couple days ago, and it’s definitely one of my new favorite stops. Some of the buds can be a little pricey, but I don’t mind paying for the best buds and great quality! Jake was my bud tender and he helped me pick a couple of strains to ease anxiety and I lm very happy with the products he helped me find. Plus, the atmosphere is stress free! Jorie at the front desk was new but she was very cool and there was no wait. Come here for fast friendly service with good quality products.

Can't beat the quality bud sold here. All grown in living soil, making it organic. Their Akta products are out of this world, and made from that same flower, and all solvent less, making it all organic as well. Wonderful, knowledgeable staff and great location. Can't get products like theirs anywhere else in Carbondale, so I'm a permanent customer! Skip 'good' flower and tumbledweeb and be sure to spend your money on connoisseur quality stuff here instead.

The customer service, friendliness, and helpfulness of AJ and Penny made the experience; they were super attentive and informative and helped me pick out the carts that best suited my need. I have ADHD and the only thing I didn’t like about this place is it’s a LOT to take in. They have a LOT of inventory and there’s a LOT going on. The last time I went into NHC there wasn’t any music playing and I was sorta happy about that, cuz with ADHD, it’s just a lot with so many things going on. I would like to go in some time when it’s less crowded. Aesthetically NHC is very pleasing to the eye. Very clean neat and organised. The place doesn’t have a distinct odor (good or bad) unless they are helping you smell the product- then it smells awesome! The staff are EXTREMELY helpful and seem to genuinely want to help figure out your needs as a customer. Seems like a great team. Reception is always warm and inviting. I’d give it all the stars except (because of the ME thing) I’d have to subtract like a fourth of a star because of how loud it can be. The last time I went in it wasn’t loud and there was less going on. Like I said- it’s a ME thing not necessarily a them thing. If you like good bud, for medicinal or recreational use- they are the place to get it. It’s kind of a drive for us, but I mostly REALLY like this place. I just have to get in and get out because I get overstimulated easily. I’m not really going to subtract any stars…. Overall it was and continues to be a very interesting experience with each visit. Their CBD/THC 1:1 Gummy’s are my favorite. *Pomegranate* Nice body buzz without being overly heady(mind high) Anyway- that’s my favorite product of theirs. I also enjoy their Harlequin flower by Jett Fuel. I have recommended this place to family and friends in this area.

Cool Staff with a chill environment. Great buds with fire in house genetics. Sweet sales on flowers and they had a solid selection of concentrates and cartridges.

Top notch location for a large selection of cannabis products, plus the only current rec store in Basalt! The guys and gals who work there are super knowledgeable and friendly, and their variety of strains and selection is top notch.

Russel, and the other staff here too are really great people, and excellent bud tenders! I can walk in with a budget and they give me a great deal to fill it. You can be totally honest about what you want from your high and they’ll hook you up. I’m a really big fan of their indicas and hybrids. The place is a little inconvenient to pull into, but if you’re walking from the bus stop you’ll have a short trip. I’m a long term customer and never had a real complaint, ever! They deserve a little raise. ;)

Been a patient for a little bit now and today you have saved my life the strain I use for eating you guys don’t usually have because of its high demand so usually I hold onto it so I don’t get sick I ran out yesterday and I was so worried thinking I wasn’t going to be able to get to eat for a while but then I come in to get my meds and you guys ave me yet again! Had the strain and all. I’m in tears right now while I eat this ham sandwich thank you guys again for saving me from hunger!
