Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in getting you the right medication for your needs. Their indica selection right now is killer and budtender Kaleb is killing it behind the counter! Highly recommend!

This has been my primary dispensary since 2017. It's always a pleasure to come in and get my medicine. They have a very consistant supply of edibles so that I know I'm always getting something thats going to work for me. Their concentrate selection is pretty immense, everytime that I come in I have new options to choose from. The level of service that I recieve is always top notch, the bud tenders are one of the best parts of the experience. They're very knowledgeable and welcoming. Furthermore, their rewards program is a nice was of saying "thank you" to their patients. I would definitely recommend Cannabicare!

Omg the BEST MEDICINE I have found here in the Springs and surrounding area.even better than in Denver. Oh yeah baby. And all the staff members are so awesome and amazing. I tried going to this a couple of months ago and it was shut down, so I lost hope id have a dispensary in walking distance of my apartment. I checked it on a whim and saw they reopened August 1st. interesting layout and good selection, knowledgeable staff, no complaints. not the cheapest but decent ongoing deals and no wait time. only ding was the scanner/point of sale was acting up but the budtender got it squared away. cash only.

I came in during the 2020 Labor Day sale as a med customer and got an amazing deal. I rarely shop at the clinic as it is above my price range but the small bud quarters are great! The Tangie is extremely tangerine-y, not just citrusy.

I got 4 different strains from them yesterday and all of them were pure gas. I will be returning when I need to restock.

Sam was the man at this store! I’d hate to say it but they got me on popcorn bud. The have the best popcorn bud at the best prices. Idk why they even call it popcorn. It shouldn’t be. Check it out and you won’t be disappointed. I do appreciate how much Sam hooked me up though. Don’t miss out on the lemon cherry gelato either!
