Thank you to the amazing staff at the Okeechobee store. You guys are amazing. You make it look seemless and effortless. You always wear a smile no matter what is going on. We didn't feel the shortage of Mini's as much as all the other stores because Sabi took care of us. She went thru hell and high heaven by reaching out to the Managers of the Suppliers. We don't feel a lot because of Sabi and her incredible staff. Savannah thank you for your beautiful smile and always being attentive to everyone. Lauryn, thank you for being simply awesome. You need a paid day off from Sabi. Honey, go home at least one day a week. lol Christina thank you, Chris you are amazing. I can not thank you enough for all you do. Your store is impeccable. These guys are killing it. Low wait times and great product all the time. Jacob and Darrin have been especially helpful with bringing someone who is new to weed into the know and creating an awesome and fun experience. I can’t wait to go back and get more!!!

The medtenders and front desk host are very friendly and are willing to fit every need you could possibly have. Their products are by far the best I’ve had in my 3 years of being a patient. I highly recommend the new Keif that MUV released. It is very helpful when needing an extra kick for pain or sleep. Overall, beyond satisfactory.

Good service and quality of products. Has been very consistent here for me. Enjoy them having visible flower for patients to see different strains. Big step above other dispensaries who don’t have some of their flower visible for patients to see. Their rso is fantastic.

It is nice to have VidaCann on this side of town. Duct tape and Alaska are two of my favorite strains.

I dealt with Josh, and he was so helpful and knowledgeable that is made my experience easy. He was marvelous to deal with. I highly recommend this shop and this location of it, as they have continuously been wonderful to me, which has been very helpful with my acute chronic pain.

Hello! This is one of my favorite stores in Florida. The branding, atmosphere, and quality product are what thrives about this store.

I ordered tropical runtz @ 27%thc when I picked it up and received it ......it was 24%thc . all I am saying is let the customer or patient know before they get disappointed. That's a big difference in strength.

So.. being new to this Florida legal marijuana industry Fluent on Atlantic Blvd Jax was my 1st time purchasing . As a 1st time customer I had a 50% discount. I purchased 2 3gram containers and was given the discount on only one container instead of my total order. I was okay with that until I visited Surterra on Atlantic and was given the discount on my total order.. which is what I thought was going to happen at Fluent. If you’re looking for the best 1st time buyer discount… avoid Fluent. Other than that is was a great experience at both. Very knowledgeable, nice and definitely will visit both again.
