I typically shop at the Central Sq. and Fresh pond locations and the quality is always SUPERB! Every time I visit this dispensary, the budtenders are always super helpful and never fail to impress me; they definitely prioritize saving me money while serving me with kindness. 10/10 recommend! Triple chocolate cookie live rosin was great. Coming from VT where concentrates are capped at 60% it was nice to get some dank. Nice atmosphere and budtender was kind and I didn’t feel rushed.

What I love about dispensaries is the customer care. The knowledge, openness, experience… I just love budtenders. I do have my favorite. Doobie delivery. I met Angie because I’m a disabled veteran. They don’t have that discount available so she added the percentage anyway with some computer voodoo. It is her passion… what can I say? She repent a great deal of time figuring it out. And when we spoke I detected her determination and compassion. Her voice is kind and lively. It’s like we have known each other since childhood. I kid you not. She had me laughing so much. She is so honest it’s delightful and I hung up feeling happy, like Angie.s voice. Thank you so much. And I call there first if I need information because Angie does her homework despite the 20 years of experience. Because she uses a personal approach. Not t blanket statements And, if she isn’t sure, She will make it her objective to find the exact correct answer. She also studied at Weedmaps which is live the Harvard Thank you again. Lovely friendly staff members, great deals and discounts, phenomenal products — the only store I’ve found in the Greater Boston area that reliably sells several kinds of my favorite brand of drinks. Made a special trip out here and will absolutely be back!

Every time I go this REV-FRESH POND, the environment & atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff is also very good at making sure you ordered what you like & will even give you suggestions if they know of something better or a sale etc. that you may like. They'll take as much time as you need, (respectfully). THEY LISTEN TO THE CUSTO.ERS!! New product has come around. Whether it's REV or Guest Cultivar, THEY ORDERED!!! Coming to Greengold is like visiting friends and family. First thing you notice is how clean it is. It even smells clean when you walk in . The product is amazing and I love the options: I particularly like the tinctures. That being said , what stands out the most Is the staff. The customer service is the beat around ,for sure. They are knowledgeable and friendly and are always smiling. The manager, Amanda is amazing and makes me feel comfortable asking questions and always makes time for me. I see the way she interacts with her staff and wonder, is that what makes everyone so happy here? She is always friendly. Can’t say enough good things about this place.
