Tanisha was my budtender today and she was fantastic. She offered me a better deal (larger quantity) on my favorite product but I buy in smaller quantities in order to limit how much I smoke. I really appreciated her advice, her friendliness and professionalism. I've never had a negative experience at Story so the ones I've read are puzzling. Maybe it's time to look in the mirror, folks!

I come to get the superflux live concentrates, Gilford assisted me, very nice and very good customer service. I’m pretty knowledgeable about concentrates as that’s mainly what I consume, The superflux brand is putting out some of the best concentrates I have found. The consistency is always there. They always have good product.

Insanely friendly and casual environment. Doesn’t look like your standard cookie-cutter dispensary either, which I enjoy. Feels like a place that I would want to chill and light up in. Vibes are always high and the selection is always great. Everyone is knowledgeable and ready to get into as much detail as you’d like about products. Always running great discounts/specials and have one of the best Tier systems for discounts that I’ve seen yet. I could go on longer, but you might as well go in and experience it all for yourself. This has become my new go-to dispo.

The Vault is an absolute gem. Speaking as an OCG (Old Cannabis Guy), I waited over 50 years for these days of legal dispensaries and the quality of the Vault has made it worth the wait. They do it right with outstanding customer service, extremely knowledgeable staff, a consistently great variety and selection as well as extremely competitive prices. But, it is more than that which makes the Vault so special, it is the chill welcoming environment, a truly welcoming experience for people 21 to . . . well, I have encountered octogenarians there! The location on Georgia Ave NW is easy to find, the staff walked me through the options since I’m coming across the border, and the products are fresh and potent. I have visited Curaleaf in Montgomery Village, MD, many times since July 1, 2023, when Adult Use became legal in Maryland. Every single interaction I've had here has been 5 Star "perfect" customer service, without exception. They are all very friendly as well. Whether it be a question, a recommendation, or efficiency in quickly filling an online pre-order, the employees at this Curaleaf location get the job done well, with no issues. I think some of the pricing is a tad higher than some competitors, but I'd rather drive only 1.5 miles to this location. Curaleaf does offer a generous 15% "Wisdom Discount" to us wise folks over 55. They also have a loyalty point reward program, which helps lower the cost further. I don't have to ask or remind them each time, as it's all applied automatically once my info is in their system. 2 things to be aware of; The only forms of payment accepted are Cash or Debit Card, and they do give priority treatment to Medical Customers, which is only right. Lastly, they offer a great variety of accessories and clever gift items, everything one might need to enjoy the product. 10/10!
