10/10 experience every time I stop in. They have items priced appropriately for the value with much higher quality for said items than you'd find elsewhere... $10 for 1g of ORGANICALLY GROWN live resin dabs? $69 ounces? You can't beat it! Plus they're locally owned and operated, got to meet the owner Ed and he was super helpful! Won't shop anywhere else!

I love this place. always have. but this year I was really disappointed with the prices of the clones. I also heard from others in the area the clones had some aphids and stuff and lo and behold I am seeing yellow eggs under my leaves today. the kind people inside the store did however hook me up with good advice in a product to help control the pests. and it's worked out good so far. just have to mention the pricing being 36 dollars each feels awful bad when the clones aren't even pest free.

This dispensary has changed a lot since 2017 when I first moved here and have quickly obtained my loyalty by providing quality flower for my specific needs at the best price. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly, if I was better with names I'd shout em out for their fast service and good communication. Thanks y'all!

This is the only shop I’ll go to in Lebanon. I always ask for a recommendation of something on the gassier side, something fun and they’ve never let me down. Some shops will sell me the junk they’re trying to get rid of and you can really tell the difference after partaking if they did. Their prices are also another reason they’ll keep my business. When I first moved here I went to a couple other dispensaries around and was so disappointed for what I could walk away with for my $$$. Modern Day Forest for the win.

I have been a customer here for a few months now and I have just got to say that Budtender Maggie is absolutely amazing. She is always very interactive with her customers, knows what to recommend and even recommends things that follow with what I am trying out and like the effects of. She is such an awesome lady and I hope she is there to stay for good. I don't typically like going in unless she is working because she just knows me and what I smoke and is always giving me ideas for awesome new weed to try. Chris is also a very nice guy. Doesn't seem to recommend a whole lot of different strains, but I don't think he smokes a wide variety either. Which is cool because not everyone wants to smoke the alphabet and some of our number system. ;) If you are ever in the area and need to make a pit stop for some green, this isn't a bad spot to do it. The only negative thing that I have to say about this place is that it is small and doesn't have a huge variety, but for how small it is, the variety is pretty generous in my opinion.

My 1st visit to this dispensary, and it was a very pleasant experience! And I made several purchases to try their products. After getting home, I tested what I’d purchased and ‘Happily surprised’. I’ll be returning for sure!

I drop in often for small amounts of flower at a time-I like to try various strains and they are always nice even when I am only buying little bits, Love the plants that give you a pause before being ushered into the sensory experience of smells, products and helpful bud tenders. A fun experience always!

In addition to their prices, quality of product and variety – they have Brett. Brett is the most knowledgeable, caring and informed bud tender I have had the pleasure to work with. He is professional and knowledgeable and speaks with candor and thought on various products for various needs. If you are looking to get stoned – Brett has great advice. Do you have pain that needs to be soothed? Brett has got you covered. If the owners are worth their salt, they are reading this – please give Brett a raise! Make him a partner! Especially in these trying times – our good employees are one of our greatest and most valuable assets we have. I truly hope that this review gets Brett the recognition and praise he deserves. Conveniently located on a corner, Singing Sands offers a parking lot in bustling Cannon Beach. anxiety girlies, you get it. the shop manager, Harmony, is incredibly educated, kind, and forthright - she made me feel like it wasn’t ‘just another sale’. Their prices are hard to beat, especially given the location. Keep this business open and get the good shit without breaking your bank!!

Awesome spot for out of towners and locals alike. Best selection of pre-packaged products as well as a great fresh flower wall. I send my parents here for their once in a while goodies as well as friends for regular supplies. Much love.

I love coming into this store. Have been in there many times. Never felt unwelcome or rushed. The people working here are genuine and friendly. I feel like anyone who has left a negative review needs to reevaluate their own life and the scale on which they judge others. I'm so thankful I don't have to be in customer service and deal with the people who look for any and every reason to complain.
