We made an online order. The site was easy navigate and use. We were quickly redirected to the pages of the kind and brands we were looking for both the cartridges and drinks. There’s not a thing I dislike honestly besides that they don’t have edibles above 250mg but that’s cause Washington has strict cannabis limits on stuff like that it’s not aloud to be sold in higher potency’s only the edibles have limits the flower and dabs have no restrictions on potencies though this place was built in 2023-24 it is absolutely beautiful inside a huge variety of products from oil flower rigs and edibles they even got infused drinks and champagnes it’s awesome I 10/10 recommend stopping by if you ever are in the area I go there all the time never had an issue always treated with the upmost respect it also has a really nice interior layout smells wonderful looks beautiful couldn’t ask for better

This boutique is a cut above the rest. Sally was so friendly with everyone that walked in. Her partner Bob was a pleasure to meet. And her sweet doggie helped me heal some trauma i had. I highly recommend this shop for the goods and company.

One of if not THE BEST cannabis shop in NW Portland! Everyone is super friendly and the staff always makes me feel incredibly welcome when you walk in the door. The budtenders are very knowledgeable and always recommend products to try without being pushy. The prices are above average but the quality of the cannabis is definitely worth it. Definitely a 10/10

I came in today as a newcomer to both Oregon and the world of cannabis concentrates & cartridges, and my budtender, I think his name was Kaiden was awesome! He was incredibly helpful and patient and was able to answer my questions in a way that was easy to follow. Will be returning for the sales on Tuesdays and Saturdays!!

Love this place the customer service was a 10 with a gentleman named Ben. He was very helpful and educated me on products -when I'm back in the area I will definitely visit Ben.

I've been a regular since 2015, and this is only shop in WA I go to. It's all the reasons straight up-Best products hands down, in every category. Best prices, largest discount, Best quality, Best variety, Best People behind the counter and the owner is a real one. All of this is capped with good vibes, respect for the plant and on site medical MJ experts on hand. If zombie apocalypse ever happens, this place is like the fuggin Winchester for me. Slice of fried gold.

While Phresh is closed please please please do not go to Total Herbal choice. They want Phresh to fail and are bragging that they took some of Phresh's vendors and one of their workers. Please go anywhere else and tell your friends that Total Herbal Choice is a horrible and despicable place to go.

I have been to just about EVERY DISPENSARY within a 30 mile radius, and TOP SHELF is the ONLY store to be honest about their products! And their daily specials ARE NOT SHAKE or what you would call THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL or JAR! I haven't went ANYWHERE ELSE but here for years now!

It's always clean and well-stocked! The budtenders are also knowledgeable and helpful. This is the place to visit in St Helens!

It's a small location. Not alot to stand back and browse. Budtenders are always sociable and knowledgeable about different strains. I love the fact that we have a dispensary right in our neighborhood. It's a good thing!

As a transplanted Californian this place has become the go to spot. Great selection and quality, which is what I’ve found troubling with similar establishments in the area. I was helped out by Craig & James today and the recommendations were on point, but everyone at this location has been wonderful to do business with, so friendly and helpful!
