Every time I leave a Curaleaf location in PA I am completely satisfied with not only my purchase but also my experience. The staff is super attentive and learned on the topic of cannabis as medicine. They recommend based on symptom relief and suggest options holding an array of cannabinoids and terpenes that will cater to specific alleviation requests. In addition to this- there is always an offering of a percentage off. Shout out to Ross for the consistent solid suggestions and all-around loving energy! Pay them a visit. First time cannabis user, I was nervous about going my first time . I was greet by Collin at Registration who was super friendly and talked me through what I needed to do. In addition he said I can qualify for a discount on Tuesday’s because I am a healthcare provider. It was extremely nice to hear Veterans receive this opportunity as well . Next I was greeted by Nick who helped me with my order . He was very informative about products that could be beneficial to me after actively listening to my medical needs . I was so appreciative of the time and great customer service I received. Truly the Lancaster Ave dispensary staff were all nice , atmosphere quiet and clean . I highly recommend!

Amazing staff , good atmosphere. Wait time isn’t that long compared to most dispensaries. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products and terpenes that assist in relief you’re looking for. They also offer 1st, 2nd & 3rd time discounts not to mention a referral discount for any first time patient you bring in that’s never been to any trulieve or harvest (you both get 50% off at the time of purchase) 10/10 would recommend this location

I have 2 small puppies who I care for daily. Ascend welcomed them as I made my purchase. Very cool. Place across river was very condescending as they said "dude" dogs aren't allowed. Well bye bye then CWN. Good Job Ascend.

Great assortment of product and knowledgable staff. Was unfamiliar with many aspects of cannabis & what to use. Glad I was helped by Gigi, who was great at guiding me towards the product that would best serve my needs! She was able to give me so much information about the options available, and I had a lot of questions! Super personable, and made me feel comfortable asking and knew so much,i could tell she did her research and really wanted to help patients find what works for them, and teach them why. She was really knowledgeable about terpenes and their effects working with her helped me find some good strains for me. I used to think it was all about the THC content, but it turns out the terpenes can carry many beneficial effects and what you select can really impact your experience. If you go to Beyond Hello, ask for Gigi she was great and knew her stuff!

I only got to go here once years ago, but it's a memory that's stuck with me! :) it's a great place, atmosphere and friendly environment. They really made all people feel welcomed. They were able to help me find a great price (I get Disability Discount in MD and since I couldn't use it there they still helped me find a excellent deal!!!). The manager was a great guy, I think he was actually the establishment owner. Great guy! I got a strawberry glass piece form this place. I will have to come back when I visit the area again. It's never left my mind! I recommend!!!

If you read reviews you’ll see that they’re either legit reviews about the place being good and the people being friendly, or the review is from an idiot. One who forgot their cards, (dispos don’t take both ids) or one who cancelled their card and travelled without an active card. The others are the internet equivalent of j6ers who aren’t patients that are upset some yahoo who wants clicks tried to film people on private property and put them on the internet. See for yourself. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the store is clean and well stocked and they do their best to care for their patients who they truly appreciate.

All the employees are so polite and very helpful in giving info that you need and recommendations. Amber in Pottsville Beyond Hello is very dedicated to her job. She was very helpful in what I needed and very respectful.

The vibe is great,however please fill the bags for the same price . Many of our fellow citizens and friends do not have the means to enjoy such a fine products and that is against everything cannabis is about .. given to those who deserve a break and wonderful people. I went to Curaleaf last week, specifically to pick up a high quality sativa strain. I usually check out who has what using the “Leafy App, pre-order and pick up, and … Sometimes I luck out. This was one of those times cuz when I got to the counter, the “Babe Ruth” of BudTenders, Miss Shannon, was my Bud Tender. Psst., my nick name for her stems from the fact that EVERY SINGLE TIME she recommends a strain, she hits it out of the park (and the crowd cheers.) “No joke”, as Dark Brandon says: This lady; I kid you not, she knows her product, where treasures are buried and she’s quick as a wink to get them into your shopping cart before it sells out. Listen, Guys, for those who know what good quality medicine is, we are blessed to have the gift that this caring community store is, so close to home. If you’ve not yet gone, get goin’.
