Pound for pound the best customer experience in Florence. Knowledgeable staff with decades of experience. Comparable products and competitive pricing. Much better consistency across the board over competitors. Overall, it's not worth wasting time, energy, or resources going elsewhere. I've learned that the long time local business is family owned and operated and it really shows in the care and thoughtfulness they demonstrate with their customers especially with elderly people who have more specialized needs.

New Manager, Tyler, has really turned this place around. The products are TOP SHELF and there are Specials different days of the week. The staff, Tiffany, Brandon, Jada & Maeve give KNOCK YOUR SOCKS OFF SERVICE & are all highly knowledgeable. This is the BEST & ONLY PLACE to go in Roseburg because you get the highest quality medicine.

I needed to return a malfunctioning cartridge, but I had already thrown the receipt away. They were able to look it up on the computer as I am a medical pt. They did this eagerly and as if I were their #1 patient customer of all time!

Absolutely the best dispensary in America. Second place is not even playing the same sport, let alone in the same league. I visit my sister in this amazing small town, and get the absolute best quality products for amazing deals every single time. They have a mix and match policy by tier. Want 6 different strains for your top shelf ounce? They charge you the same unit price. Need a 25 dollar OZ? They never let you down. Real talk, I have been to most states and most of the go-to places. Oregon is the best state, House of Dank is the best dispensary. (Higher Elevation in Bend is second place)

I'm so glad I discovered this place. I felt very welcomed when I came in, the regional manager helped me my first time and he was super knowledgeable and helped me narrow down some strains to try for my migraines and insomnia. I love the quality of the products and the potency is on point.

The staff was very welcoming and easy to talk to. Great suggestions and lots of information, not to mention the quality of their product is some of the best I've ever seen. This is a long overdo review! I am intrigued that when looking into Lighthouses reviews across the board, whether Google, weedmaps, leafly, etc they have remained consistent throughout on all platforms and have so since they first began, except for a few stragglers who I’m betting are either disgruntled fired employees wanting to get even or overly entitled customers, or probably even their competitors. My own experience with this dispensary for the last 9 years has been nothing but consistent in the quality of their flower, edibles and although they’ve had their ups and downs on occasion in keeping concentrates stocked, they are imo one of the most reliable, highest craft quality in all of Billings. Over the last 2 years since being untethered and now Rec, I’ve seen a loss in quality of flower which I assume has to do with those seeking to mass produce. But Not with Lighthouse. Their desire to place quality over quantity clearly shows in their products. Their flower is of the cleanest I have ever used!! My favorite right now is how they sell granola at a lower price for ppl like me who are on a tight budget.

Everyone there is just so helpful, great selection, prices are reasonable. I love that I can ask what they think will help me, or give me the high I desire they are usually really fast at their recommendations. One of my favorite dispensaries.

Close by employees are polite and helpful and even the cheapest bud is good quality.

This is my second visit and was helped by Audrey. She absolutely was able to help me with different products and was able to patch this old woman up so I can keep working. I will keep visiting and trying all the wonderful products they have. You can not go wrong if your needing help with medical issues, and just plain relaxing. I will miss this dispensary when I go home, I can only hope that more dispensaries can take note of how this business is operated. Thank you so much!!!!!

Well organized, great bud tenders with great recommendations! It’s convenient people are nice and the flower is great get the deals on pot now! Very friendly greeting and always got the dankest on the menu! Nice environment fast service nice staff, great customer service!
