The staff is always friendly and helpful. Never had a bad experience in the nearly six months since moving to the area. Will continue to be my #1 store on the North End!!

My bud tender today was Sara. She's always so nice and very helpful. I'm still learning the "weed talk" and Sara has helped tremendously.

Was a little hard to find my first time; look for the Lucid sign near some high voltage lines along Auburn Way, same parking lot as a coffee stand - it's a small shop with frosted windows towards the back of the complex. Staff were friendly and flower selection seems pretty good with both quality and budget options - ounce of Zoo Dawg I got from them looks great! Was not busy early evening on a Saturday - easy in and out, good online order experience. Definitely keeping them in mind next time I need to run errands near Kent/Auburn!

This is the only place I have gone so nothing to compare it to but every time I’ve gone in the people have been awesome and I get what I want. No need to go anywhere else!

The tall drink of water with the beard and tattoos helped my grandmother and my mom find a tincture that works wonders on their joint pain. The rso he recommended for my grandmothers chronic hip pain is a life saver! What a fox.

It's close and convenient for me so I don't worry so much about price and I've never had any problems and always polite service

I have been a customer here for a few months now and I have just got to say that Budtender Maggie is absolutely amazing. She is always very interactive with her customers, knows what to recommend and even recommends things that follow with what I am trying out and like the effects of. She is such an awesome lady and I hope she is there to stay for good. I don't typically like going in unless she is working because she just knows me and what I smoke and is always giving me ideas for awesome new weed to try. Chris is also a very nice guy. Doesn't seem to recommend a whole lot of different strains, but I don't think he smokes a wide variety either. Which is cool because not everyone wants to smoke the alphabet and some of our number system. ;) If you are ever in the area and need to make a pit stop for some green, this isn't a bad spot to do it. The only negative thing that I have to say about this place is that it is small and doesn't have a huge variety, but for how small it is, the variety is pretty generous in my opinion.

A fellow Army Veteran told me about this place. I’m so glad he did!! they have the best prices, it is owned by veterans, and they are super nice people. Corina is very, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. They have EXCELLENT CLONE STARTERS, and the best variety, from top shelf, down to budget, for people like me on unlimited income! they cater to veterans, senior citizens, and go out of their way to help you in anyway they can. Another thing that caught my eye, is they are upgrading, and adding on. the lounge is a good place to sit, and tell lies with your buddies !! they are going places. I wish them all the best. Love this store! Very kind, knowledgeable staff that have a plethora of details about every producer, processor and strain. Very helpful for trying to find a specific feel within your price range. Love that they only work with farms that practice green, pesticide free farming practices, and that they take a focus to smaller farms, local grows and people who came over from WA’s medical days. I enjoy coming to this store multiple times a week!

It's simple. 1. They have the best selection of concentrates in the area, including Olympia. 2. They have friendly, knowledgeable staff who don't make you feel rushed. 3. They have the coolest vibe! That's enough for me! Five stars!

Hands down they are the best place to go for medical patients. The guys who run it are very knowledgeable in recommending strains to help with pain. I had a 3 level spinal fusion Sept 12,24. Within 6 weeks I was off the opioids and managing with just flower, thanks to the High-5 staff!

Always a smooth and easy process when shopping here. I really appreciate that the worker that checks IDs at the front door notes what order of customers have entered and who should be assisted next. The employees always have patience with helping me pick what I’m searching for. They have great brands. Highly recommend. This is my favorite shop to go to.

The staff at this shop are highly knowledgeable about the products and have consistently found the best solutions for my needs. They are friendly and helpful. I also really like that the owners of this shop take care of the employees with fair pay and benefits to the point that they will not accept tips/gratuity. I’m an excellent tipper and will always be until we can move to a system where people are paid directly by the employer, not the customer, for their work.

I've been a regular since 2015, and this is only shop in WA I go to. It's all the reasons straight up-Best products hands down, in every category. Best prices, largest discount, Best quality, Best variety, Best People behind the counter and the owner is a real one. All of this is capped with good vibes, respect for the plant and on site medical MJ experts on hand. If zombie apocalypse ever happens, this place is like the fuggin Winchester for me. Slice of fried gold.
