Just picked up my 1st order from them today. Order was ready about an hour early. Pick up was quick, they even provided me with an ice bag for my concentrates. Relaxed , friendly atmosphere, they even have a pool table if the wait is long!

I ordered tropical runtz @ 27%thc when I picked it up and received it ......it was 24%thc . all I am saying is let the customer or patient know before they get disappointed. That's a big difference in strength.

I love Surterra Wellness (Park St location) compared to any other dispensary in Jacksonville! Will definitely be making this my go-to dispensary because of their knowledgeable, helpful, and great/kind employees and customer service! I definitely understand why they stand behind all of their products because they live up to everything they say about them! There high end FloraCal is some of the best buds in town, expense but always on sale and well worth the sale price,even their Floral smalls are just as good at half the price. My new favorite place .The Bud-Tenders make you feel like their your friend not just some A.H. customer like some place's DO !!!

So.. being new to this Florida legal marijuana industry Fluent on Atlantic Blvd Jax was my 1st time purchasing . As a 1st time customer I had a 50% discount. I purchased 2 3gram containers and was given the discount on only one container instead of my total order. I was okay with that until I visited Surterra on Atlantic and was given the discount on my total order.. which is what I thought was going to happen at Fluent. If you’re looking for the best 1st time buyer discount… avoid Fluent. Other than that is was a great experience at both. Very knowledgeable, nice and definitely will visit both again.

Trulieve is the holy land. Straight up. Strains that I grew up with in the 90s, got me hooked! I frequent the SS Estates and Jax Beach locations the most…sometimes multiple times weekly.
