First of all, the initial contact I made was with a SUPER kind young man named Malik, via the call center. Malik was not only extremely knowledgeable regarding the wide range of products that I was interested in, but also made the online ordering experience enjoyable and fun. Malik really makes the process easy.I have only placed online orders twice, and both times I had the pleasure of speaking with Malik. Trust me, the professionalism is unparalleled at MUV, I would recommend calling ahead and speaking with one of these compassionate associates so they can help answer any questions you may have before you even leave your house. Tracey was very patient and helpful. Her coworker was very nice also. I had been curious about going and did not feel like getting dressed today due to the tropical storm and felt kind of stupid NOT being dressed or having my hair and makeup done, but they did not treat me any differently than any other customer that would have been all dressed up and that made me feel just as confident and not anxious as I had been walking in the doors!

I have been to every dispensary in the tri State of Florida for my medical needs. Seizures,PTSD and Chrons Disease. Surterra Wellness not only has the most knowledgeable and professional staff but the best quality strains but the only consistent inventory. Surterra is far and away the best dispensary in my opinion

People be so sensitive to the wrong things. Pay attention to how things are and it speaks for itself. I enjoy coming to this location although the experience is way different than the Cali one I visited. This isn't all that bad, but you can see the room for so much improvement, which is good. All in all, awesome place all around.

This was my first time going to a dispensary, they were very friendly and considerate. The guy knowledgeable and helped me because he knew it was my first time, I definitely recommend.

The store on Cortez in Bradenton is not the biggest, or the closest either. But it is the Very Best dispensary in this county. The staff are great, the ladies in the back… you know who I’m talking about ! So kind and friendly. Great product and amazing prices. Try them out, then go on out to the beach and enjoy.

Went in today before the store closing early, because of Hurricane Helene, staff was so helpful. Eli went above and beyond assisting with my order, he is knowledgeable about the products and was able to help me select the best products within my budget. Eli and Juan Carlos were working when I went in and both staff members were very friendly and wished patients to stay safe during storm.

Everyone at the Sarasota store has always been helpful to me in every way! They have always gone that extra step to make sure I got the best deals and service. I drive an extra 10 miles but worth the drive. Deb., Sam and all the budtenders at this store do a great job of providing patients with great service, excellent products, and an overall great cannabis shopping experience.
