Super helpful staff answered all my questions and got me the best product for my needs. I pre-ordered and it was ready; the atmosphere led me to buy some other products after good conversation/recommendation.

I called first and they were helpful in letting me know the difference with medical and regular dispensaries which was very nice of whom I spoke with. Cane in. And my cashier Karisa M. Was very helpful, polite. She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted and also saved me some headaches by telling me to get a fernway indica vape for sleeping help compared to a worse brand. She didn't need to go out if her way. But she did. Like everyone there has for me when I have visited. Thank you. Karisa!

Everything about this place is awesome. I used to go to a dispensary in E Amherst and it was so inconvenient and so much more of a process every time I went. Highland Botanicals offers the best experience! The first time I came in, the budtenders were so kind and walked me through each product I was interested in. They helped me pick out the items that were best for me. This is the only dispensary I go to now. I couldn't recommend them enough!

I live in the North Plainfield area so i decided to checkout Good Karma who just opened. I ended up grabbing the Kusala Care Gary Payton 8th, 710 Labs Moonbow 112 8th, and a 710 Labs Z AIO. Was very happy with the quality of all three and the fact I can find 710 Labs closer to my home. The service Jacob provided was fantastic as he was knowledgeable, welcoming and professional. I would definitely come back here next time I need stuff and recommend that you do the same. - Connor
