tenders were welcoming, genuine, attentive and knowledgeable. i didn’t catch either of their names, but both of the young ladies who helped me were A+. i had questions re: vitamins & ailments, dosages, product origin etc, and i was always met with a comprehensive knowledge of All products in the shop. great experience, def recommend!

As a first-time red card holder in Colorado Springs, I recently had the opportunity to visit a medical marijuana dispensary and was blown away by my experience at this particular dispensary. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff Chris and Amber who were eager to answer all of my questions and help me find the right products to meet my needs. The dispensary itself was clean, organized, and had a great selection of products. I was impressed with the variety of strains available and the different methods of consumption, including edibles, tinctures, and topicals. Chris took the time to educate me on the different strains and their effects, as well as the best methods of consumption for my specific needs, especially the edibles!! One thing that really stood out to me was the emphasis on safety and responsible use. Chris made sure to explain the importance of starting with a low dosage and waiting to see how it affects me before consuming more. He also provided clear instructions on how to properly use each product. And was pleasantly surprised by the education I received from Amber regarding the process of the medical marijuana plants transfers. As a patient, it can be overwhelming trying to navigate the legal requirements for growing, obtaining and using medical marijuana, but Amber at this dispensary took the time to explain the process in detail. Amber and Chris were extremely knowledgeable about the laws and regulations governing medical marijuana in the state, city, county, and they were able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and clearly. What impressed me the most was the staff's emphasis on responsible use and safety. They provided me with clear instructions on how to properly use medical marijuana and the potential side effects to look out for. They also took the time to address any concerns I had and provided me with resources for further education. The education I received from at this dispensary was mind blowing and outstanding!! They were knowledgeable, patient, and professional, and I left feeling confident and informed about the medical process of marijuana laws. OH, Did I mention PATIENT!! Like seriously OMG!!! I would highly recommend this dispensary to anyone looking for EXCELLENT customer service and education on the legal and medical aspects of using medical marijuana! Dont waste your time shopping anywhere else.. Kind Theraputics has the best selection in town hands down... The owners Randy and Jeremy are very knowledgeable and friendly.. You CAN NOT find better flower in the Springs especially for the price! All BIG buds, super sticky and stanky!!! Especially the glue, og18 and UK cheese! As a concentrate enthusiast, I highly recommend Sano Gardens. Never tried them before shopping here & was impressed by the quality. As for flower, their Veritas line had the biggest, frostiest & stanky nugs...makes for a tough choice!

I'm not big on dispensaries for multiple reasons, but I'm glad I took the time to venture in here and check them out. It's always refreshing to see good people running a good business. They've got a nice variety to choose from, with good prices as well. They've won my business, and I'll be recommending them to friends, and anyone else I know that's looking for a place like this as well

Personal Attention I obtained my clones here this season. They were grown in COS, Pueblo and Center CO. All did exceptionally well under 3 different micro-climates. Big producers and tight flower.

Naturaleaf recently went thru a "face lift" and is now going by Feel state. They have a great selection of high quality products. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in getting you the right medication for your needs. Their indica selection right now is killer and budtender Kaleb is killing it behind the counter! Highly recommend!

These people are wonderful, very welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. The budtenders are exceptional and hip individuals that have all only ever treated me with the utmost importance and respect as a customer/patient. Including on my worst days or after I've been cleaning or bathing the dog they are still as courteous as can be. They are appreciative of their clientele and express this with great products and prices. Earlier and later hours are a plus and they even have great sales and have customer appreciation days with barbeques, music, swag and more sales. Often they have a food drive to help with community challenges and awareness. Which I think is again exceptional as well as inspirational and phenomenal. I personally recommend The Chronicle Boutique to anyone and everyone whom appriciate great quality at great prices, terrific deals with Exceptional customer service. The ER is always awesome! I went to the other dispensary across the street from the ER, A Cut Below?, a HUGE MISTAKE.

I have been a loyal customer for years and I've always had a great experience from all of the staff members. My last visit was about 2 weeks ago and I was assisted by Alissa. She was courteous, patient and professional and I wanted to give her a shout out on a stellar job.

This is the best dispensary in Colorado Springs. If you haven’t given them a try you need to go by and see them. It’s full of really awesome people that will take care of you and make sure you get what you are looking for I personally love this place and if you give it a try, you might find you love this place too
