The whole store itself is a perfect place. Looks like a coffee shop from afar, but becomes a GAS station when you step inside. The budtenders are very helpful and talk to you on a personal level and not just a sales person. They make a great connection with the customer.

I love the online ordering option. Always friendly vibes. When I first started smoking, they helped me find great strains for exactly the type of high I was looking for. They also have a 25% off discount for military/veterans. Obviously military can’t really use it, but it’s awesome for veterans! Thank you Western Bud for your appreciation of military men and women!

I go once a week and have been for more than a year. I’ve met nearly all of the staff. They really make en effort to understand what you are looking for. They really nerd out on cannabis if you let them! I’ve learned so much from them and it only has resulted in awesome highs. They never push a product. I never feel I’m being “sold to”. Last point: I drive from Stanwood 30 min away just for the strains/peeps.

Love these guys! I always get great service from friendly staff. I wish the selection could be better, but it's an isolated location with a small local population, so I suppose it wouldn't make much sense to stock it the same way you would a shop on the mainland.

Sadly, I am abandoning Floyd's. I have been a happy customer for years. I preorder and have not had any troubles until recently. When I go in I am told that what I've ordered is 'out of stock' and then a substitute is promptly suggested. This has happened to me during the last four times I've ordered my preferred bud. And in the years prior it didn't happen once. I see a pattern here and I'm certain I'm not the only one who is experiencing this.

I love walking into this place! So nice and clean - not creepy and dingy like so many off island places. There is always something new to try and a great variety from all over Washington. Sean doesn't carry anything he can't personally endorse so I know the product will certainly meet MY expectations. The best part about this pot shop - they care that I have a great pot experience. They don't just want to sell me something - they want me to enjoy my purchase and come back and tell them what I thought about it. Can't say how much I love this place. Any pot lover visiting Orcas should definitely swing in here and meet Sean and the crew. Wide variety of products including local NWC which used to be my favorite - but I'm personally hooked on Noble or DNA gardens now. I needed a lot of help with so many questions I had when they were out of what I was after.Very patient and fixed me up with a backup strain.Also,the strains that I was looking for are nearly impossible to find,but they have them!(just ran out of one).The prices are good,friendly people(and I can really ramble on)I am very picky about where I shop, this will be only the 3rd store that I will be giving my husband's money to LOL,and I'm sooo happy I found it.Great location you can get off and on the interstate very easy from north or south bound I-5.I can't wait for another visit or online order from Leafly.
