Store manager there has worked really hard to get out all the old products so there is only the best and freshest when I come in! This is by far my favorite shop in town! The deals they have are always 25% off and always consistent with what I am looking for. The selection is great but also the budtenders there are INCREDIBLY nice and knowledgeable, I refer my friends here all the time and haven’t heard a bad comment yet, everyone seems to be very pleased with this shop. Amazing atmosphere and it always smells so good, they definitely know how to hook you up with what you’re looking for.

The staff members are very knowledgeable about the products. I needed help with a strain to assist in pain relief because I don't like taking pills. I go once a week and have been for more than a year. I’ve met nearly all of the staff. They really make en effort to understand what you are looking for. They really nerd out on cannabis if you let them! I’ve learned so much from them and it only has resulted in awesome highs. They never push a product. I never feel I’m being “sold to”. Last point: I drive from Stanwood 30 min away just for the strains/peeps.

Love these guys! I always get great service from friendly staff. I wish the selection could be better, but it's an isolated location with a small local population, so I suppose it wouldn't make much sense to stock it the same way you would a shop on the mainland.

Sadly, I am abandoning Floyd's. I have been a happy customer for years. I preorder and have not had any troubles until recently. When I go in I am told that what I've ordered is 'out of stock' and then a substitute is promptly suggested. This has happened to me during the last four times I've ordered my preferred bud. And in the years prior it didn't happen once. I see a pattern here and I'm certain I'm not the only one who is experiencing this.
