Contrary to another review, they ask you to lower your mask for literally 5 seconds so they can see your face to match your ID...all while behind a giant plexiglass divider. Some ppl like to exaggerate I guess. Overall, great selection and knowledgeable staff. Definitely check it out.

I love this place & the people are genuinely so nice. If they don’t know what they would exactly suggest to you they will ask a coworker for their opinion too and it’s great. They have so much good product & always have bomb ass deals

These folks know their stuff *and* they genuinely care about the people who come in. The specials are good and they always return phone calls. I feel welcome and respected there. Warm atmosphere.

It was n.ot kule when restock. Cl,osed them down. Early. And when. They closed early without any explaining…. Now, a yeaR later they are on point. Hypeherbally has the highest quality of concentrates around and their customer service is off the records excellent, Justin in particular and every single one of them have been incredible. They care about their customers and the whole place is just quality inside and out with the product and the people selling it. I highly recommend this place.

This place is legit. I’m surprised the variety they have compared to other shops I’ve been to and the prices were better than the 40% off I was supposed to be getting elsewhere. It makes me feel like I was lied to about the msrp so I’m glad they don’t play those games here.

Very knowledgeable staff, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere and reasonable prices. My new go to dispensary for sure. I live in Lynnwood and use public transportation and this location is much more accessible and preferable than the dispensaries south of me.

One of the best shops in the north end if not all of Seattle they have a good selection of products and some of the best prices I've seen. The staff is always smiling and seem to enjoy their job this is definitely one of my happy places
