This was my very first stop after I got my MMJ card! Love the look of the place & the lady was super cool & extremely helpful! She wasn't bothered by the fact that I am a newbie & had tons of questions. She answered all with a smile & actually gave me some info to take home & read. I also love the fact that it's less than 5 miles away from my house! Will be back for sure!

I got my med about a month ago and since I moved to Fremont county I tried these guys out. I haven't been this impressed by a dispensary since the beginning. The customer service is on point, the ladies are great with their guidance. Whoever runs the store has been paying attention. All the little details (like terpene cards) that I've been wanting are there. The product is very impressive --many kudos to your growers. And the prices. Suddenly I can afford my cannabis for the month. Love this place already.

The staff are always very helpful with my dad when he buys edibles. He doesn't really know much about it so it gives me peace of mind knowing there not trying to scam him when I'm not there. Great flower as well.

the flower selection and quality was more than I expected.I ended up getting 4 strains all of them had their own distinct taste and flavor all of them had tight nugs and perfectly cured.For the price quality and selection I dont see why I would go anywhere else for flower.

We came to Durango back in 2019 and meet Dave. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to share his knowledge with us. We came back to Durango (2025) and retuned to Mountain Annie’s hoping to see him again. To our delight he was there with the same friendly smile and helpful attitude. Shiloh was extremely helpful in getting me the right products today! Great selection. Amaizing product grown in house!!! Can't ask for more. Literally the last small atmosphere dispensary left in the area. Highly recommend if you don't want that corporate Walmart feel.

This is a brand new location for them and dispensary for us! This is going to be my go to- they are the ONLY place here (Springs) to carry the strain-specific strain- that I need/want. The front area is big, and cozy with a couch, tv, water and atm. They have a great selection, and of course have many strains I haven't seen elsewhere in the springs. There is even a chat feature on their website and is answered quickly. The woman working the store was very helpful and quite sweet. Do yourself a favor, and drive over there. Thanks Silver Stem Rockrimmon-COS- I literally do not need to go anywhere else.
