One of the coolest and well run dispensaries in the area. Friendly service and knowledgeable budtenders whenever you ask for help. Always stocked up with some of the best brands around. Glad to have Theorem as my local shop.

Very knowledgeable staff, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere and reasonable prices. My new go to dispensary for sure. I live in Lynnwood and use public transportation and this location is much more accessible and preferable than the dispensaries south of me.

P&L consistently carries high quality flower. All shops can be a little overwhelming with choices, so I love asking their staff what is fresh on the shelves. I have never been disappointed. I try something new every time I visit and always look forward to going back.

I love , love, love this place. Visiting from Arizona, and staying with non smokers, I'm very limited on what I can smoke while in Wa. The staff patiently listened to my likes and preferences and my visiting situation, and they got me exactly what I needed. Great shop! I always drive out of my way to get to this shop for its great deals. The budtenders are always friendly and helpful. The store occasionally has vendors in that give out free samples.

Love them! It’s women owned. From the bud tenders to the inventory managers everyone is a pure bliss. My fav go to spot and usually the only one I ever need to go.

The staff at Origins were incredibly friendly and inviting. I was helped right as I could walk in and was informed on all new products that were in. The manager, Jonny, was very educated on the items in the store. Ended up picking a cartridge and was told about a different one that would be about the same price and more of what I was looking for. I went to pay at the register and figured out I was a couple bucks short so I was going to walk to the ATM. The manager told me not to worry about it and sent me on my way. I was floored, they do it well at Origins and take care of their customers and it definitely showed here. Definitely gonna double dip on tip next time.

We went into Agate Dreams chasing a favorite grower and strain. We are so glad we did. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Didn't try to rush the sale. Great selection and prices. If your in Paulsbo /Bainbridge island area..stop in.

Bright green exterior makes it really easy to see, even in typical PNW weather. Best selection of pre rolls I've seen so far. Budtenders seem really knowledgeable and eager to help you find what you need. Dude with the beard told me about a CBD stick I hadn't seen before for back cramping. Highly recommend if you're in South Everett or just coming off the 5/405.

Thank you Higher Leaf for your kindness I was prescribed Marijuana by my doctor because of a catastrophic ear injury. Marijuana helps me deal with my heinous symptoms. The staff at Higher Leaf have gone above and beyond in helping me get my medicine. I order on line, and call from Higher Leafs parking lot to let them know I arrived. They turn off the music before I enter, and a budtender makes sure the door to the store doesn't slam as customers are coming and going. Just moved here from Texas and this little shop is right down the road from me. The staff here have been nothing but welcoming and knowledgeable as I adjust to this new "Legal" life lol. Shout out to Graham! Big fan of their prices, especially on their 2 pack pre rolls. I almost always walk out with more than I planned to get because they have fantastic deals every day! Out of the few shops here in Mukilteo, this one will always be my go-to!
