Stopped in here on our way back home to PDX…. Feliz was amazing, we were greeted at the door and welcomed in. The selection of this cannabis is all top shelf. A little pricy but that’s what you pay for good weed anyone who is a real smoker knows that. Feliz was very knowledgeable and kind, we had a great experience and will be coming again! I love coming into this store. Have been in there many times. Never felt unwelcome or rushed. The people working here are genuine and friendly. I feel like anyone who has left a negative review needs to reevaluate their own life and the scale on which they judge others. I'm so thankful I don't have to be in customer service and deal with the people who look for any and every reason to complain. I met with Skylar 7-23-24 looking for specific products that would help alleviate some side effects from a new medication. He immediately took me the doozie edibles and then gave me grape ape as I wanted smoke alternative. Skylar knows his stuff folks! The uncomfortable side effects I wanted gone are gone. I love this place. All the employees I've encountered since I started coming here over a year ago have been fantastic. They know their products well and show fantastic customer service. I can have good conversations with them that just keep me coming back time after time. The products are always good quality.

Bud tenders are all knowledgeable and helpful. Owner knows his shit an is pretty cool to boot. They always have a good supply of any different kind you want. Ie: dabs, flower, edibles. Good prices good people. Go there!

If you're looking for a shop that can fulfill most all your need??? Then you to make this place your primary shop. I've shopped from Medford to Portland and they compete with most of the large stores. They have a large selection of most anything you could want. Want pre-rolls??? This is the ONLY store that has packs of pre-rolls instead of individual joints. Great shop guys. I'll definitely be back.

I have been shopping at 420 Grand Central for almost two years now. Everyone is friendly but not everyone that works there is knowledgeable of the products they are selling. I had to shop in the store last week instead of shopping on line first and then driving there to pick it up. I wanted a specific strain and the gal told me they didn't have it. I did notice that a lot of the strains are in the wrong cabinets. For instance, you have Pamelina in the sativa cabinet and it's a Indica Dominant strain at 60/40. They also have Pablo Escobar in the Sativa cabinet and it's a 50/50 Hybrid. So I think the strain I was looking for was probably in the wrong cabinet and I was told they didn't have any. I went home and went directly to their online menu and guess what...I found the strain I was looking for. Unfortunately, I had to go to work and didn't have time to go get it. I tried the next morning, but it wasn't on the menu. Two of the strains I ended up buying were in the wrong cabinets and I won't purchase those again. I will continue to shop there, but ONLY online. When I make my order online and they confirm it, then I know for sure the product I want is waiting for me. What I should have done though is ask the person to go in back and check, but I didn't and she didn't offer to go look either. She couldn't give any feedback of her own about the products, just what customers had told her. I think it would be helpful if the hired help had some knowledge about the strains.

My wife is critically ill. I have been driving these guys crazy running down the right strains for her multiple conditions. I go to only two weed stores and this is one of them. Super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, I absolutely love this place.

Drove up from Oregon while I was visiting and drove over to Long Beach,Wa since it was only 40 mins away and went to this dispensary and I love it. Best weed I have gotten and I was comparing Colorado weed where I live with Oregon and Washington State Best to me is Washington them Oregon and then Colorado. Older gentleman was very friendly and helpful and I walked iut with a jar of joints 8 ct total and a Phat Panda 1gm Green Crack cartridge. Prices weee cheaper than any. Oregon doesn’t have sales tax at all but price before tax in Wash was cheaper than even Colorado. Thank you for treating great for my first visit to Washington state to try your cannabis. It is fire. This place is a great place to cop some good weed.

I have been a customer here since they opened. My wife is very ill and has very weird needs cannabis wise. Cassidy has taken extra time to run down the best product and application to help my girl. Been coming here off and on since they opened. I kinda miss how they used to check your ID at the little box window, then open the door to let you in. It had a bit of a speakeasy feel to it, and I dug it. I hope they continue to stick around. The shop is small, but the product is always top shelf.
