Sadly, I am abandoning Floyd's. I have been a happy customer for years. I preorder and have not had any troubles until recently. When I go in I am told that what I've ordered is 'out of stock' and then a substitute is promptly suggested. This has happened to me during the last four times I've ordered my preferred bud. And in the years prior it didn't happen once. I see a pattern here and I'm certain I'm not the only one who is experiencing this.

I go once a week and have been for more than a year. I’ve met nearly all of the staff. They really make en effort to understand what you are looking for. They really nerd out on cannabis if you let them! I’ve learned so much from them and it only has resulted in awesome highs. They never push a product. I never feel I’m being “sold to”. Last point: I drive from Stanwood 30 min away just for the strains/peeps.

I love the online ordering option. Always friendly vibes. When I first started smoking, they helped me find great strains for exactly the type of high I was looking for. They also have a 25% off discount for military/veterans. Obviously military can’t really use it, but it’s awesome for veterans! Thank you Western Bud for your appreciation of military men and women!

the person working there was very sweet and awesome. also gave needed info about the type of cartridges I smoke.... not a huuuuuuge selection, pretty small place. but great stuff going back :D

I was helped by a man named JR. He was extremely helpful and able to answer all my questions regarding different strains and products. He was friendly and had great customer service skills. So glad he was there to help!

I like OHR and feel its the best option in Veneta. The tenders are helpful and kind everytime I go in. This is my regular store when needed because the service as well as prices. The only time their recommendations are good is when I don't follow them. This store is my recommendation for Veneta.

Stopped in here on our way back home to PDX…. Feliz was amazing, we were greeted at the door and welcomed in. The selection of this cannabis is all top shelf. A little pricy but that’s what you pay for good weed anyone who is a real smoker knows that. Feliz was very knowledgeable and kind, we had a great experience and will be coming again! I love coming into this store. Have been in there many times. Never felt unwelcome or rushed. The people working here are genuine and friendly. I feel like anyone who has left a negative review needs to reevaluate their own life and the scale on which they judge others. I'm so thankful I don't have to be in customer service and deal with the people who look for any and every reason to complain. The whole store itself is a perfect place. Looks like a coffee shop from afar, but becomes a GAS station when you step inside. The budtenders are very helpful and talk to you on a personal level and not just a sales person. They make a great connection with the customer.

Small quiet local shop close to the beach. Good selections and excellent service. Reasonable prices, nothing’s too expensive. Hidden gem!
