I had the pleasure of being one of Bryan's first customers on his first day of work. I have never had anything less than an excellent experience in terms of product, price, or personalized service, and it was good to welcome Bryan to the team on the first long holiday weekend of summer. I don't shop any place else.

First time cannabis user, I was nervous about going my first time . I was greet by Collin at Registration who was super friendly and talked me through what I needed to do. In addition he said I can qualify for a discount on Tuesday’s because I am a healthcare provider. It was extremely nice to hear Veterans receive this opportunity as well . Next I was greeted by Nick who helped me with my order . He was very informative about products that could be beneficial to me after actively listening to my medical needs . I was so appreciative of the time and great customer service I received. Truly the Lancaster Ave dispensary staff were all nice , atmosphere quiet and clean . I highly recommend!

Everyone at this location is awesome! The security guy Dave is amazing! He remembers who I am and is so warm and welcoming every visit. I look forward to our small chats every visit! The check in staff always greet me with a smile. The bud tenders are all phenomenal too! Super friendly, patient and take their time answering my questions and offering suggestions so that I can get products that meet my specific needs! Great assortment of product and knowledgable staff. Was unfamiliar with many aspects of cannabis & what to use. Glad I was helped by Gigi, who was great at guiding me towards the product that would best serve my needs! She was able to give me so much information about the options available, and I had a lot of questions! Super personable, and made me feel comfortable asking and knew so much,i could tell she did her research and really wanted to help patients find what works for them, and teach them why. She was really knowledgeable about terpenes and their effects working with her helped me find some good strains for me. I used to think it was all about the THC content, but it turns out the terpenes can carry many beneficial effects and what you select can really impact your experience. If you go to Beyond Hello, ask for Gigi she was great and knew her stuff!

If you read reviews you’ll see that they’re either legit reviews about the place being good and the people being friendly, or the review is from an idiot. One who forgot their cards, (dispos don’t take both ids) or one who cancelled their card and travelled without an active card. The others are the internet equivalent of j6ers who aren’t patients that are upset some yahoo who wants clicks tried to film people on private property and put them on the internet. See for yourself. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the store is clean and well stocked and they do their best to care for their patients who they truly appreciate.

I have 2 small puppies who I care for daily. Ascend welcomed them as I made my purchase. Very cool. Place across river was very condescending as they said "dude" dogs aren't allowed. Well bye bye then CWN. Good Job Ascend.

So medical customers are required by MD law to be prioritized by all dispensaries. They are doing what they are supposed to- making this comment based on another review. But I’ve been going to this place for several years. Their staff is knowledgeable and very helpful in making recommendations based on your needs if you have pain, problems sleeping, anxiety, or just based on your past history. They’re so kind from the front door to the way out. This is my go to after trying several places.

Pleasant atmosphere with attentive staff and excellent selection of high quality products. I don’t live close by, but the periodic specials are very attractive and worth traveling those extra miles on I95.

I just wanted to say I always had a great experience here never no problems some people are just rude if just be honest and say things and not be rude because either you once worked with some of there’s people or your just being Mean because you have nothing else to do I bet after you smoke some of their stuff you will mellow out and see things differently just be kind there enough Bull Crap in this world ok IAM done Have A Merry Christmas and smoke some good stuff.

This is my favorite go-to spot I will not go anywhere else the atmosphere is great the prices are great sometimes I come in there so broke but walk out very happy. I would highly recommend Far & Dotter. For all your needs.

I do the drive thru always moves smoothly. Windows are dark so I can’t see who I deal with each time but whoever it happens to be they are always very friendly.
