I have to give these guys 5 stars across the board. I moved to the area recently, so I tried out a lot of other shops, ordered from different apps, etc. Over the last three months or so, DUBE is where I consistently go back to over and over. Out of about 5 or 6 orders I have placed with DUBE, 5 of those orders, I got at least one free product as a promotional item. One time they were late to accept my delivery order and gave me two pre-rolls and a 0.5-gram pax pod as an apology, on top of what I was already getting. I have never experienced such great customer care and service. Not to mention, every one of their drivers has been some of the nicest and friendliest down-to-earth people I have ever spoken to in regards to a delivery. Personally, I have a lot of anxiety in social situations, so that is something I value. Plus, it was just nice to be greeted by friendly faces with such calming demeanors. I wish I could give you 10 stars! Thank you, DUBE, for being awesome.

Without a doubt this is one of the nicest dispensaries I've been in. The setup when you walk through the front door is friendly it's inviting it's open. The way they have products displayed for you to see is wonderful and I haven't seen a display quite like there's anywhere else. The staff was friendly they all asked if I had questions multiple times. I'll definitely . be visiting them again

I'm giving high stars because I'm satisfied with my product and service, but for the product "slow" sublingual listed on Leafly as 90mg thc and cbd for 7.99, it's actually a 15mg (0.17 fl oz) bottle. I don't think I was intentionally mislead, but that needs to be adjusted! All the same, fast and easy, good products, great staff. Right by UC Davis hospital and the 50 in terms of location.

This is by far the best place I've been to so far in the area. The shopping experience is one of the best I've been to. A lot of choices to choose from for your needs. I researched strains that are compatible for my needs. They had one strain that I knew I have used before in the form I was looking for, that meets compatibility for me and the other strain in the same form that I could try for a bargain price, to make sure it's what I could tolerate. Amazing set up on the way they allow you to shop and pick what works for you. Definitely my number 1 go to thus far.

My husband's go to dispensary. They have amazing service, great selection, and discounts for seniors and veterans. Staff our friendly, engaging, and it's just an all-around pleasure to deal with. Sanctuary's events are fun and my advice is to buy tickets online and get there early.

The team there has always been friendly, genuine, and kind, and I truly appreciated the connection I felt with the people who worked hard to serve the community. But my heart breaks to say that my trust has been broken by the higher-ups. I’ve watched the prices climb relentlessly, felt the shifting of policies like a shell game, and seen the soul of this place change before my eyes. It’s like watching something you once cherished turn into just another corporate entity—a betrayal that stings deeply. The final blow came when I couldn’t even place an online order—my small amount of money, the many small purchases I made over the years, suddenly meant nothing. That felt like a slap in the face; it made me realize that the years of loyalty I showed, the support I gave with my hard-earned money, now seem insignificant. It’s a heartbreaking reminder that this is just business, that they’ve gone corporate, and in doing so, lost the heart and community that once made Nirvana special. I fell in love with the flavor of cherry gelato. It's a fruity, daytime, delight that doesn't hit you too hard to keep going. I'd say it even tastes better than normal cherry gelato. Top notch experience, got our order to us in 20 minutes. More people need to give these folks a chance. They're sweethearts.
