I came in today as a newcomer to both Oregon and the world of cannabis concentrates & cartridges, and my budtender, I think his name was Kaiden was awesome! He was incredibly helpful and patient and was able to answer my questions in a way that was easy to follow. Will be returning for the sales on Tuesdays and Saturdays!!

Floyd's is my go-to dispensary one thousand percent! The staff is friendly and helpful, and were super understanding a couple of months ago when I couldn't remember my PIN (blonde moment!)! The cherry on top is the prices - better than any dispo I've been to here in PDX, and my fave is frequently on sale, so yeah. Loyal customer here. For always.

I saw the $5 eighths billboard in Portland for this store, went there, found that not only were the eighths $5 total, out the door, with all taxes, but they were even beautifully packaged in custom packaging. And, the weed was so good, and there was such variety, that I could go there seven days a week and get a different buzz each time! Absolutely best dispensary in the state, not just Portland!

Celeste is new and amazing. gave me wonderful advice on what to get and always a supreme pleasure. I came in crying one day and she did her best to keep me grounded and I left smiling. just got bad medical news and tjat meant the world to me.

I have been coming to Floyd's for over a year now and I have to say it is one of the best dispensaries in Portland. Kelly is my budtender most of the time and she has always been so wonderful! She always gives me good recommendations and has a great attitude! I would definitely recommend checking out Floyd's!

The line was a little slow since one budtender there were 2 .. decided to take her break at a very busy time 6 people in line... I understand break time is important but customer service in a very busy day .should be as important .

One of if not THE BEST cannabis shop in NW Portland! Everyone is super friendly and the staff always makes me feel incredibly welcome when you walk in the door. The budtenders are very knowledgeable and always recommend products to try without being pushy. The prices are above average but the quality of the cannabis is definitely worth it. Found this Gem dispensary and am so glad i did. The flower they have from culture farms is amazing. Old school GSC strains so yummy you will go back for more.
