As you walk in to this tiny place there’s so much to look at! All of the budtenders I’ve interacted with have been great. So many budtenders on the outskirts of Portland really don’t know their own products! At this place all budtenders do know and will share their knowledge with you. I’d highly recommend. Get the pre rolls they roll - worth it!

Super nice place, I got a really good cart and joint for cheap. Don Draper was the strain of the cart, and the joint is Chunky Punch. I’ve smoked the cart and it’s a really great one, just like this store. Great deals.

Marijuana has been a good friend for fifty-5 years. I agree with The Fabulous, Furry Freak Brothers when they say "Weed will get you through times of no money better than money will get you through times of no weed." Over the years, I have dealt with many purveyors of this product. No body and I mean nobody has taken better care of me than the folks at Seaside's Highway 420. When the weather turns hot, I enjoy sporting my Highway 420 tee-shirt, people are always telling me that they like it and I always reply, "So do I, but I love the shop!" I wish I could give Highway 420 Seaside six stars!

This is my second time in here. The first time was a bout a year ago, wasn’t a great experience so I didn’t end up coming back until I happen to be driving home from work And saw their sign offering five 1 g pre-rolls for $12 so I had to stop and check it out. First I want to say the store looks amazing! Clearly they have done a lot of updates and redecorating and it shows! I don’t know if there’s a new owner but I can’t put into words how much better the store looks. Walking in There was like going to the beach. It was bright and inviting and visually stimulating. There was a cute blonde lady with braids in her hair working, and she greeted me with a smile! I actually came in in a bad mood because I had just had a bad experience at a dispensary of the street. By the time I left there she had calm down, Talk me out of my need to rage, and put me in a great mood. I ended up purchasing 15 of the pre-rolls and all three strains were great! Unlike many other dispensaries, shall remain nameless, these aren’t crap joints that they’re just trying to get rid of. These are good strains , and from what the girl told me they are always good strains and the owner just wants to introduce people to different strains of weed they would not normally try. She also hit me to RSO. Oh my God talk about a great high… Anyways, this is getting very long. I just want to say if you haven’t been in there in a while give it another chance. They have really uped their game , They may not have as many options as some locations, but they make up for it in ambience and customer service

This place is huge and very clean. The staff was attentive, kind, and quick. Better prices when ordering ahead, but my order was ready faster than I could drive there. Awesome!

That Hindu Kush you sold me? now I remember why I love this strain so much. It smokes soooOO smooth. Hardly a cough, which means bigger puff on my pipe. And it tastes so unique to only Hindu Kush. It tastes like a real, real, hoppy beer. I rarely drink, but that is what this strain reminds of. It tastes like hopps, in beer. This strain is in my top 5 favorite best. Baking with Hindu Kush is a joy too. And this strain is considered budget. Such a great price for 2 ounces, and such great quality. Oregon really has the best weed in the nation. As always you just want to go where everybody knows your name. My dispensary at the bottom of the hill treats me so well and are always so helpful.

Loved the high vibe of the place. I could feel it before stepping into the store. Found everything I was looking for and the prices are good.

Great visit for someone still learning the ropes of modern cannabis. Grabbed some edibles on sale and the person working was very helpful in explaining the highs of each. Also just felt less intimidating and more efficient than other places I’ve visited.

This place rocks! The waiting outside is not the worst thing ever, the people inside are AMAZING! These people regularly have some kind of great weed on SUPER sale, and the top-shelf selections are INCREDIBLE. Friendly? Seriously? I'm from California and they were even nice to ME!! <smh> LOL

Over the course of the last decade, I have been to many many dispensaries. Throughout the entire Pacific northwest region, Canna Beach Dispensary is the best. In addition to their prices, quality of product and variety – they have Brett. Brett is the most knowledgeable, caring and informed bud tender I have had the pleasure to work with. He is professional and knowledgeable and speaks with candor and thought on various products for various needs. If you are looking to get stoned – Brett has great advice. Do you have pain that needs to be soothed? Brett has got you covered. If the owners are worth their salt, they are reading this – please give Brett a raise! Make him a partner! Especially in these trying times – our good employees are one of our greatest and most valuable assets we have. I truly hope that this review gets Brett the recognition and praise he deserves. I love this place, I've frequented various places over the year in Oregon/Washington. They are very kind, helpful and patient. I can kind of bumble around with my questions and interest in various things. I might leave thinking to myself, how annoying are you? But they never make me feel that way. Thank you Higher Leaf for your kindness I was prescribed Marijuana by my doctor because of a catastrophic ear injury. Marijuana helps me deal with my heinous symptoms.
