I've been going to them before their new location and to the new location and not once did I have any issues with them everyone's awesome to talk to and anytime I felt like trying something different than a preroll they had something ready and so far nothing has disappointed me, can't say the same about other shops but this one is definitely a go to :)

This place is one of the best place to get weed in Washington! Amazing deals every month, friendly, helpful staff, and great selection! I just hope more dispensaries implement Leafly pickup the way AGT has.

The staff at this shop are highly knowledgeable about the products and have consistently found the best solutions for my needs. They are friendly and helpful. I also really like that the owners of this shop take care of the employees with fair pay and benefits to the point that they will not accept tips/gratuity. I’m an excellent tipper and will always be until we can move to a system where people are paid directly by the employer, not the customer, for their work.

This place is fantastic. The employees are kind and helpful, it’s chill and easy to manage. Tell them the vibe you want and they sort you out immediately. I’ve never left the place in any mood but happy :)

I come in fairly often, and I’m always glad I came in. The parking can be a little wonky, but the selection is good, and the crew is awesome and knowledgeable. They always help me find what I need.

I've always enjoyed coming here. The staff genuinely seems to love their work, and the selection of top-shelf products is excellent. I always feel like I’m getting a fair price, and the team usually gives great bud recommendations. It’s definitely one of my go-to spots.

My job has prevented me from utilizing until recently. Commencement Bay - Yellow in Fife was my first stop on the way home when that was no longer an obstacle, just because I knew the location. I might plan to use others simply because of the distance from home, but if I'm in the Tacoma area, this is my go-to stop for my needs. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to recommend the specific products I needed. My main focus is pain management rather than recreational usage, and the edibles they recommended worked beautifully.

Dab selection is LARGE! Lots of buds too. My guys at this shop always help me narrow it down to the right buds or rosin's. 10/10!

Hypeherbally has the highest quality of concentrates around and their customer service is off the records excellent, Justin in particular and every single one of them have been incredible. They care about their customers and the whole place is just quality inside and out with the product and the people selling it. I highly recommend this place.

One of the best shops in the north end if not all of Seattle they have a good selection of products and some of the best prices I've seen. The staff is always smiling and seem to enjoy their job this is definitely one of my happy places

Very knowledgeable staff, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere and reasonable prices. My new go to dispensary for sure. I live in Lynnwood and use public transportation and this location is much more accessible and preferable than the dispensaries south of me.

Was in and out quickly. One of the products on my order was out of stock but the tender had an alternative that all reviews online suggest will be excellent for what I was looking for. Small, clean, Queer forward space with a great vibe.

This place is legit. I’m surprised the variety they have compared to other shops I’ve been to and the prices were better than the 40% off I was supposed to be getting elsewhere. It makes me feel like I was lied to about the msrp so I’m glad they don’t play those games here.

I love this dispensary and the employees! Garret is absolutely amazing! He is very knowledgeable and cares about the quality of the product he sells. I never worry about what I’m putting into my body knowing Garret cares about supporting growers whom stick with natural ways of growing. The service you receive is unmatched to any other dispensary and they are truly like family to me and I literally do not go to any other dispensary. The best customer appreciation in town. My budtender today, says Sam on the receipt, and his manager, went above and beyond. Had ordered my second favorite strain online because it wasn't showing the one I really wanted. After combining a half and two quarts to equal an oz and paying for it, I asked when they'd have what I was really after. Sam looked and they had an oz! Since I hadn't left the store yet I asked if I could swap it, unfortunately all sales are final and Sam complying with store policy, apologized and said he couldn't. Fortunately a manger/owner(?) overheard us and said if it wasn't online to be seen I shouldn't lose and told him to go ahead and make it happen since I hadn't even left the counter yet. I walked out with what I really wanted and saved some money too. They understand how to keep a customer coming back and getting an old fart who rarely leaves reviews to write all this.
