I’ve been buying from these guys since I moved to Castaic. The quality product and service I get is unmatched. They give you a call right away whenever you order something out of stock and give you options for replacements. Sometimes they hook you up with something extra free of charge. Sometimes they mess up on your order, but as soon as you give them a call and let them know what happened they’re resolving the issue right away. Delivery takes a little long sometimes, but I expect it being in Castaic. Have bought product from these guys since I moved here and will continue to buy product from these guys as long as I’m here. Highly recommend these guys to anyone searching for a quality delivery service for some free top. Stay lifted my friends

Definitely one of the best dispensaries in the area. I've been to both of their locations, Culver City and East LA, and love the service I get at both. They also have pretty great prices and awesome staff, shout out to Cindy!

I have placed many orders through this place and have always had a 10/10 experience. last night i received the wrong bag and i called them to let them know and it all got sorted out within an hour usually in scenarios like this theres sometimes questions because people CAN be dishonest and there was nothing but friendly discourse and we got it all sorted out. 10/10 always using this place

Hands down one of the best dispensary experiences I've had! The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Amazing staff, safe location, quality selection! Need a good recommendation on a product, ask the staff! So friendly and helpful. Without a doubt this is one of the nicest dispensaries I've been in. The setup when you walk through the front door is friendly it's inviting it's open. The way they have products displayed for you to see is wonderful and I haven't seen a display quite like there's anywhere else. First of all, I want to say that I’ve been loyal to Nirvana dispensary from the very beginning—being there since their soft opening and right through their grand debut. The team there has always been friendly, genuine, and kind, and I truly appreciated the connection I felt with the people who worked hard to serve the community. But my heart breaks to say that my trust has been broken by the higher-ups. I’ve watched the prices climb relentlessly, felt the shifting of policies like a shell game, and seen the soul of this place change before my eyes. It’s like watching something you once cherished turn into just another corporate entity—a betrayal that stings deeply. The final blow came when I couldn’t even place an online order—my small amount of money, the many small purchases I made over the years, suddenly meant nothing. That felt like a slap in the face; it made me realize that the years of loyalty I showed, the support I gave with my hard-earned money, now seem insignificant. It’s a heartbreaking reminder that this is just business, that they’ve gone corporate, and in doing so, lost the heart and community that once made Nirvana special. So no, I won’t be giving a single cent more. I won’t step into your dispensary with my little money anymore, because I’ve been made to feel that my loyalty and my support don’t matter.
