Would highly recommend to any tourist visiting or anyone in general. I’m a daily smoker and consistently smoking. These guys have a great attitude bud trending you, they’re helpful all the way around, and willing to help you get as many discounts as you can get.

I was so impressed by my first bud tender, Andy and my next one, Ty. They were very kind and knowledgeable and walked us thru the list of items we were interested in. When we got home, I thought there were a couple of items missing from my sealed bag. I called the number and was so pleasantly surprised when Lera called me back within 30 minutes! I gave her my receipt number and told her that I was certain it was just an oversight and that no foul play had happened. (We had a confusing order!) Anyhow, I checked my receipt against my product and I was not charged for the items not in the bag! It was my bad. I called them back to tell them and, again, they called me right back. I apologized for the confusion and they were very gracious. Our experience at Planet 13 was positive from them moment we walked in until after the transaction...and the products were amazing. I love this place.

Competitive prices, something for everyone, and by far the absolute best part of all is the fact they give back 70% to the community. If I’m going to be spending my money anyways, I’d rather know it’s at least going back into my own community. I can’t say enough about how awesome this is and how I’ve never ever seen this done anywhere else period. This spot show's professionalism some times the leaf be hard but the service is fuego. .more importantly my guy Mike was very attentive had mad info on product. From entering the store, the vibe is positive and relaxing. Having anxiety, being comfortable is important to me. The staff is beyond friendly, supportive, and very knowledgeable of products and spot-on with recommendations. I appreciate how they listen and don't rush you. I don't know that I've ever had an easier time at any dispensary...NV, AZ, CA, it don't matter. My dumb ass didn't catch the name of the tender that helped my homegirl and I, but she was sweet and hella patient with the two of us. The disposables and flower suggested definitely hit the spot and didn't break my wallet (that Garlic Mints tho, dayum). I don't live in Vegas, sadly... but if I did, this would be my go to for sure.
