I had to switch numbers and I was told by another dispo in town that because my phone number was attached to my rewards, I had to spend all my rewards because they couldn’t transfer my points to the new number. I went to Zen and they requested the rewards transfer and it will be done in 24 hours! I almost never write reviews but the service I’ve had at zen is amazing and I’m very thankful for their help.

I have purchased many different kinds of vape cartridges and never had a problem, until now. I took it back and explained to Jordan what had happened and with no questions asked he swapped it out for a new one! Without a doubt this is one of the nicest dispensaries I've been in. The setup when you walk through the front door is friendly it's inviting it's open. The way they have products displayed for you to see is wonderful and I haven't seen a display quite like there's anywhere else. The staff was friendly they all asked if I had questions multiple times. I'll definitely . be visiting them again
