When I come to the west loop store I look for Jameel. He helps me the best to get everything perfect I wish the whole staff was that way .I really only want to go to Jameel.

I called first and they were helpful in letting me know the difference with medical and regular dispensaries which was very nice of whom I spoke with. Cane in. And my cashier Karisa M. Was very helpful, polite. She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted and also saved me some headaches by telling me to get a fernway indica vape for sleeping help compared to a worse brand. She didn't need to go out if her way. But she did. Like everyone there has for me when I have visited. Thank you. Karisa!

It was the first time in a dispensary where I encountered a very friendly clerk with abundant knowledge. Her name is Julissa. I had a lot of questions to figure out the strain and the dosage for my issues. She was great at picking the right one for me. It is farther away, but I will return here for my medical marijuana needs. Thank you, Julissa; you should get a raise!

Great prices!!! I was able to get Chocolates for 10$ a 100mg compared to 25$ for the same at other locations. Very pleased. They often have great sales and promos. The staff is friendly. I'd recommend this to all medical patients trying to save money, as our health is already expensive on top of this form of medication. And my recreational friends too. There is something for everyone here !!!

The customer service is excellent. I’ve been to this dispensary several times. The selection of quarter and half ounce flower is good from craft to budget there’s something for everyone. Yesterday 5/13/26 Heather, Mason, and David went above and beyond with their customer service. I will return.

Within about 5–10 minutes, I felt a calm, cozy sensation starting in my chest and slowly spreading through my body as a light tingling. My heart rate picked up just a bit at first, but it stayed comfortable and settled down quickly. Body Effects: This is where Shockoe Glow really stands out. It made it easy to notice and relax tension in areas where I usually feel tight, like my shoulders and joints. Stretching and moving felt good, and my body just felt more “open” and responsive. Physical sensation was noticeably enhanced, especially once I got comfortable. Mental Effects: Mentally, this stayed very balanced. I felt calm, focused, and present — not spacey, not sleepy, and not stuck in my head. I could relax, but I also felt like I could get up and move around without any problem. First off i just wanna say i loveee this establishment i have yet to experience anything less than great customer service from everyone. Today I went in and had the pleasure of being serviced by Deanna and just like our past interactions she was a pleasure and had me dying laughing. Besides the great vibes she and the other lady with the now orange hair always gives me but she went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate her kindness and her very contagious personality that made my transaction and visit the best experience
